Sir i am your customer since last four year from shaheed major sudhir chhikara indane gas services ghaziabad. Now their vendors says that the delivery of cylinder at home is not allowed now, from onwards we have to collect our cylinder from their premises only which is located in shaheed nagar. I just want to say that is it true? If yes than please send me the copy of this amendment, and if no, than please take action against it....

I have book number 249, Gas booking no. 489779 dated 04/04/2015 Deleivered on 10/04/2015. When i got the cylinder it was
engraved on collor with weight in KG 17.3 but on cylinder, weight in printed manipulated with weight KG 15.3 instead of 17.3
kg. when i check the weight of cylinder in machine it came approx 28.5 kg. I have complaint many times in your office in

I am the consumer of shaheed major sudhir chhikara indane gas service,D-2/8/1B,DLF DILSHAD PLAZA,EXTN 2,SAHIBABAD(code 244939) having consumer no.3106.I had booked gas on dt 21.2.2011 but the delivery of the same is not yet this time.so many other irregularities in this agency are also going on.so pl see this matter on priority base and oblige me.
