Please change my driving teacher or refund my money u take fees in advance and trouble us

I have enrolled to Shakti driving school in the month of Feb 2021, due to covid and other resason, they have didnt give me training. and asked to renewal of LLR i paid that after 1 year still I didnt get LLR.

If I call them they are not responding properly. They not even completed my classes. Its a worst driving school in mysore.

They take the money and do not respond for 4 months where LLR validity got over and then ask for even more money to renew because of there mistake.

I have joined in shakthi driving school for taking dl for car on sep 2017.
They have told that only 13 days classes will be there and after that you will get dl.
They have taken an amount of 4800 and they are not taking classes regularly.
Now it is almost 5 months i have joined there, but still they have not completed the classes.
With me my frnds also joined in the same driving school but they have charged fee more than 3000 and they are cheating by without taking class.
We have went and meet the trainers multiple times and they are saying that you have to talk with owner, but at the same time they are not ready to tell when the owner will come and when we can discuss.
We have asked for re-imbursement and they are not ready to do that also.
