I have applied to avail the school leaving certificate in month of March of my son who was studying in Class 3. Due to poor school performance, I already provided the consent to change the school in month of Feb 22 and applied for Leaving Certificate in the month of March 22. However, school is not providing the Leaving Certificate and asking for first quarter fees to be paid for LC. My name is Sandeep Rathod and my Son's name is Shivansh Rathod.

Dear sir,

My son jimit viren gohel, 2nd std, chanakya class, (S/o viren chandrakant gohel, residential of 89, monarch city 1, shela village road, shela - 380051, ahmedabad, gujarat, india) asked to leave the school by this year as school is not permitting personal vehicle pick up and drop and compulsorily asked to opt for school bus. So we decided to leave the school. Now, asking to provide one quarter fee to release/ issue a school leaving certificate, which is against law rte act 5 3.

Because of that, i fear that new school will not allow my son to join it due to absence of school leaving certificate from this sas school.
