Yes, today i got the same call ..i have paid 6000 rs and they are asking for more, but i said that i dont have any money in my bank account, so i will pay within 2 days ...plz tell me what should i do ..plz plz tell me my emailid is [protected]@gmail.com

On 12th november, 2019, mr pankaj of shine team, introduced himself as shine.com member and called from landline no [protected] and mis-sold two fake services towards background verification. His mobile number was [protected], from which he later tried to convince me for doing third transaction. He said initially that educational background service is only required for undisclosed job openings for which he send link of rs 4673 /-. I denied to avail such services but he insisted and blackmailed that only after education background verification, all undisclosed openings will be made available. Immediately after this fraud transactions, he said that another background verification is required for are required for employment verification of rs 7197 /-. I resisted and said i do not need such verification any further. He said that this is the last mandatory requirement and i have to do this service transaction, else no such openings will be provided. This is total blackmailing and fraudster approach of cheating with customer, who are needy job-seekers. After the second transaction, he send another link and ask to the payment of third transaction of rs 13119 /-, which i did not attend and after tremendous disgust, i disconnected that call from such fraud team member of shinelearning.com. I have not shared any of m personal documents for education and work experience with shine.com, although i have received several mails and phone calls from them. Because of shine.com, my personal contact details have been circulated to other fraud recruiters who have been contacting me to further cheat me. Shinelearning.com and shine.com is the main kingpin mastermind of this fraudster business racket. They are facilitating all their associated fraud recruiters to further cheat us, by sharing our details. It is very very risky to share any personal data and certificates with fraud organisations like shinelearning.com or shine.com. All their services are fake, irrelevant and baseless. Sms and emails are send to us about job openings, which do not exists at all. I have immediately escalated to shine customer complain cell and have 300 plus email exchanges in last five months with mr mukesh kumar (The biggest cheater and leader of fraud team) and mr shivam vig. As, no service have been availed, the rufund of rs 4673 /- and rs 7197/- totalling to rs 11870 /- have to be refunded. The only statement, the shine.com client servicing team member mr mukesh kumar is replying is no refund policy. Can a fraudster organisation, having several thousands of fraud cheating customer complain cases, have any no refund policy. How can an organisation, having fraudster background team members, be authorised to carry out background verifications (Whose own team background is tainted and having association with bunch of fraud recruiting organisations). Please help by refund of rs 11870/- by earliest. By associating with shine.com and shinelearning.com, we are feeling very unsafe as our personal data may be misused.

Shinelearning not provide the services as per commitment and cheating with the customer. As per given shine learning mobile number not working. Its says phone number is not valid. After make payment your marketting person not pick the call. Totally i am not satisfied for this services. I am totally wastes of times and money with shinelearning.

They called me up regarding providing jobs in canada uk and in gulf countries. I said i am ok with these countries so what are the procedure and requirement's for the job. They said i have to pay 3056 to apply for a job. I said i will not pay the amount than he started abusing me on the call... He called me up with this no. +[protected]... Please take strict action against these scammers.
