Application fee forgery

This institute is collecting application fees of Rs 1500/- without allocating any slot for examination of hall ticket. when we try to reach them, nobody was picking up the phone.
After tried for many days, one guy picked up the phone and told application fee is forfeited as per terms.
I can understand that if I have not attended despite of hall ticket, the fees can be forfeited but this is not fair to do the same without allocating slot for exam that too by the institution started by man of ethics.
If slot is not available then why they are collecting application fee for exam.

I have withdrawn the application of my son in Shiv Nadar University. After submitting all the documents, they have been asking for cancelled cheque from multiple email ids, which I have been providing.
Note, the cancelled cheque was submitted along with the application withdrawal forms.
Now they are not even responding to my emails....
