I have paid rs 15990 for phone which I ordered from their istagram id. They are not responding after payment....

SM Mobiles (Shivam Maheshwari PvtLTd) is a fraud . They are profressional when they speak first time and get money from us. He says 20% can be paid for mobile phones above 30K and rest amount when product delivered. 40% advance for below 30K mobile phones. I paid full amount on 9th Sep'22 for a mobile phone. After payment, they do not respond to our calls. He will not deliver If we call from fresh number and enquire for new order, they respond....
