Builder demanding high maintainance and not giving possession date in writing
I have purchased a flat from Siddhitech builders and want to register the flat. The builder has given some clause in the agreement stating that the maintenance of the flat is 40 Rs per sq feet. The builder is continuously harassing the members by increasing the area of the flat and then demanding a very high maintenance. He says that he cannot give the possession date in writing. Sir,
I had booked a 1bhk flat in Phase-IV in Badlapur from M/s Siddhitech Homes Pvt Ltd (through DHFL) in the month of Oct.2011 by paying 20% of total cost of flat and am asked by them that the flat no. will be allotted later. When I received the booking receipt, shocked, the flat was booked in Gopal Land-II in Phase-V (and not Phase-IV) and informed me that the registration process will be completed with Phase-IV in the first week...
