I am a resident of puthur, near puthur temple, malampuzha road, opposite pradhipa tution center. For past 4 months, stray dogs in street are barking and creating lot of nuisance throughout the day, especially in the nights and early mornings. People are scared to go out alone due to this issue. We request you to take necessary action as soon as possible...
