Hi,

I had booked an apartment from Skyline Constructions Bangalore in a project called Skyline Retreat in Hennur Road, Bangalore in 2011. The project consists of 58 houses and promised completion was in December 2014.

Once I paid my 90% payment on January 2014 Skyline stopped construction in the site and there are no work happening on the site for almost 3 Years now.

I've already booked the flat with Skyline Constructions. We were promised to make the payment on possession, but later due to lack of funds they demanded 80% which we paid, but of no use.
Now builder is demanding for rest of 20% (which is suppose to be paid at the time of hand-over) as part of PDC. And they are also putting penalty if failed to give the PDC.
