Please do not trust smart village India job. They are fake. I am already paid 1600+18900 . They have no response after paid. They are not receiving my call.

I applied for the post of back office executive in april 2020 as I was unemployed from February 2020 . as I applied for the post through linkedin. I was approached by two female HR executive namely Ms. Tani Kaur and Ms. Simran from Punjab i.e. Chandigarh. Was contacted on March 2020 for employment by Smart Village India and after the written test (charge Rs. 1600) and interview i was given a joining date and I was asked to pay security deposit of Rs. 18900/- and was told that it will be returned after the 1 month training. I have received emails from them stating different reasons for delaying the joining date, however was provided by a appointment letter and a bond for a year..

I am looking for a job and as well as I lost my father also last month.

If you could help me in getting back the money or with the employment I will be forever grateful to you.

I am writing this email to let you know that my request in receiving the offer letter after getting qualified in the Smart Village India interview was delayed because of Smart Village India negligence.

I was informed through email by Smart Village India team on June 23, 2020 that my offer letter will be issued to me by 15 July, 2020. But I didn't receive it.

So, I again emailed Smart Village India on July 15, 2020 to know about the status of my offer letter and I was again informed by them that I will receive it by the end of July month.

However, I haven't received my offer letter till today[protected] and also there is no response from them.

Hence, I request you to kindly take necessary steps solving my complaint.

I have paid the amt Rs. 18900/- for training purposes and Rs. 20000/- for laptop which is loaded software for training purposes they keep on postponing training date. I had already paid 4 months before till now they have not started and they are not responding for the call

How to overcome from this scams please advice

I have applied for this job in may month and i got a call from the company then they said you have to attend online exam and have to pay money about 1600, then they conduct the online exam after that they send me offer letter after a week and it said i have to pay Rs.18900 as a security deposit for the online training and after the training it will be refund to u back, i sent them the money after that they sent me the training link which is not working in my pc so i complaint them to the given mail id which is provided by them then they ask for 20 thousand for a pre loaded laptop and till today they are postponing the training date month after month, if it was hundreds or thousand i will leave it but they took total 40 thousand from me after getting the money they r not even responding to my mails or calls please help me to recover my money

On 25/5/2020 I received call from mob no. [protected] ( Meena) for job on government project for 30 years. She told sent a document like Aadhar card, Resume, last qualification certificate and photo to [protected]@smartvindia.org. I sent same email ID on 25/5/2020. After again call me and told me you are eligible for give exam and you should pay exam fees of Rs. 1, 600/- and fill a register form from Web site smartvindia.org. I fill up and paid Rs. 1, 600/- and she confirm received a money. On 26/5/2020 I received a mail from [protected]@smartvindia.org for confirm for received Rs. 1, 600/- and Examination topic, date and time. After some time receive a message for postponed of Exam. I received a message on 21/6/2020 for exam time login ID and password. On 21/6/2020 I gave a online exam and I got 88 marks in exam and details sent to [protected]@smartvindia.org. On 23/6/2020 I received a mail from [protected]@smartvindia.org for confirmation you have a pass a exam and we will provide a offer letter. On 15/6/2020 I received a gain mail from [protected]@smartvindia.org for wait and offer letter is in under process will provide through mail in July 2020. On 8/8/2020 received a from [protected]@smartvindia.org for accept a offer letter and in offer letter pay Rs. 18, 900/- for training. I paid Rs. 18, 900/- on 8/8/2020 and he confirmed. After a received one more for training software link, I try in my mobile but was not able to downloaded. I sent to mail to [protected]@smartvindia.org call to no. [protected] for inform not able to download training software and inform me to send a mail for provide a laptop for training so I sent a mail on 10/8/2020 after a received a mail from [protected]@smartvindia.org request is approved and pay Rs. 20, 000 for security and will refunded after return back. I paid Rs. 10, 000 two times on 10/8/2020 and 11/8/2020 and sent a mail to [protected]@smartvindia.org and sent my address. On 13/8/2020 I received a mail from [protected]@smartvindia.org for require document. I call to mob no. [protected] for why now you asking and he told me this is government job and it I required. I informed I have a domicile certificate and character certificate he told a give a prepare or give Rs. 40, 000 for preparation of certificate and I denied to pay told him to I will prepare and give you. On 21/9/2020 I sent a mail to [protected]@smartvindia.org for domicile certificate but mail is bounced I call to mob no. [protected], [protected] and [protected] but they are not pick up my phone. I Paid exam fees Rs. 1, 600, training Rs. 18, 900 and security for laptop Rs. 20, 000 total Rs. 40, 500/-. Please bring your kind attention to Indian citizens like me who are getting exploited daily by getting into such fraudulent job offers during these Crisis times and ultimately losing valuable money and energy. Please help me to bring my money return.

Pls do no pay them. this are all provide fake jobs. I am also lost my 1600 rs. For paying them for exam fee.

Today morning i received one call as they calling from smart village india (No. [protected]) they said they have vacancy for smart village india and it's for central government sector. For application they ask for documents as cv, i'd proof and photos. They after they call from another no.[protected]) they have short listed my profile for project manager post. For registration and further process need to submit rs.1600 for online examination fees. If i clear online examination they will send offer letter. But i had double that it will be scam and fake consultant i didn't submit any further details.
So they send text as below:
Dont apply time is over but u waste a govt time n seat so govt legal action against you this is not a joke i have proper recordings and your dcment with cv will b block u can't apply any govt job and u just ready to complain

This is fake company and taking money from people. They try to put pressure for making money. I request you all to take some proper action against these cheater. They cheating people by using government name. It's insulting our government also.

Morning 3rd july 2020, a call from smart village india [protected] caller id smart village india raghuvanshi stating that please register fees of rs 16, 000/- on the website of smart village india link
www.smartvindia.org.Then they took online examinations at home and have taken telephonic interview. On selection, they have sent me an offer letter that i am selected as a project manager with a monthly salary of rs 35, 000/- during the training period and a consolidated amount of rs 70, 000/- after the training period. I have deposited rs18, 900/- as a security deposit in the qr code sent by him. They approved my appointment and did approved a laptop whose security deposit of rs 20, 000/- out of which rs 14, 100/- have been deposited in the qr code sent by him. The remaining balance which i ignored was repeatedly asked me to pay him
They later mailed software approved training software and asked me to install in my computer. I have installed the software but still it is not in properly working conditions.
However, i request you to re kindly tell your esteemed authority to return back my security deposit of rs 18, 900/- of which rs4, 900/- was deposited through his qr code sent to my e-mail i'd and another part payment of rs 14, 100/- which was deposited same as above and a registration fees of rs 1600/- to arrange my online

One morning, day being 3 rd july 2020 I received a call from [protected] named raghuvanshi and provided me online examination details .I gave exam and qualified for telephonic interview.I was given the offer letter to join the training on 05th August 2020 .I have registered on the link http:/smartvindia.org and paid the fees of Rs 1600/-.They have contracted through his e-mail [protected]@smartvindia.org.I have paid Rs 4, 900/- on first installment and Rs 14, 100/- on second installment with a total sum of Rs 18, 900/- as security deposit of their company.However, they have asked me to deposit a sum of Rs 20, 000/- as security deposit for approval of laptop for training purpose.The software is not working properly in my computer.They have repeatedly been asking for money but i told them to wait until i arrange the money for approval.
Therefore, I request to kindly take necessary steps so that the matter could be solved as soon as possible.Please help me in getting my money returned which was- Rs 18, 900 Indian rupees as security deposit and an exam fees of Rs 1600 Indian rupees as soon as possible.Please bring your kind attention to Indian citizens like me who are getting exploited daily by getting into such fraudulent job offers during these Crisis times and ultimately losing valuable money and energy.
