I have paid for 2 years subscription for 100 mbps wifi plan.
Most of the days the wifi is not working, they give excuse that there is construction going on.
They just give excuses and since months I have been complaining at Charkop Kandivali west Mumbai office. They just give reasons and still my Wifi doesn’t work and even if it does some days I get a speed of 14mbps, whereas I must get 100 mbps speed.
I have complaining since almost 5 months now and they have not resolved my issue. Also, they don’t have any complaint number or manager whom we can reach out for refund . I want to file complaint against this company. Horrible service and they just take money in advance and don’t care about customers complaint. I am working from home and WiFi is my bread and butter, I please request to take this complaint on an urgent basis.

Snet network pvt ltd is internet service provider in kandivali west area. When i took new connection from them at my home, first weeks there was no interruption in net service but after that from last 2-3 months they have been not able to provide the net service continuity at all. Internet works only for 3-4 hours in day and also after complaining nobody answers or even bothered to attend the call. They have taken 1year amount from me and after that they have not even able. To provide one full day of disinturpted service. No response on calls, emails. We are as customer are feeling like where should we go to for apply the refund of amount. I need my full amount refund as their service is pathetic. I request other users please do not use snet internet service.
