Soham Gas Service Complaints & Reviews

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to complaint about Soham Gas Service, 3, shrushti complex, opp.Jagmata Temple, Kolbad Road, Thane (West)- 400 601, have booked a Gas cylinder on 13/06/2011, booking no 198060. Last one week I am calling their customer service, everyday they are giving me falls commitment to deliver the Gas cylinder, Till date I have not received Gas Cylinder.

Please look into it and take strict...

my customer id is 636309, in name of Mr. Satish Bhat, have booked cyclinder on 10th Jan'11, till today i have not recd the cylinder.Kindly look into the matter.as it is creating lot of trouble for us.

I have booked complaint for regulator, as its nob is very loose to Soham gas service in thane ,vartak nagr. Technician has come and checked , he said will come tomorrow and chage the regulator that is on 26th Oct...has not turned up....When call at the number 25475154 in the morning they said Tech will come today, when called at 5.00 p.m. will come tommorow or day after tommorrow...
how will take responsibility...

We had booked gas (CONSUMER NO 636567) for home delivery on 17TH September 2009 but till today 18TH October 2009 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Distributor is SOHAM GAS (THANE)....

I am one of the harassed & tortured customer of SOHAM GAS SERVICE ( A DISTRIBUTOR OF HP GAS ), KOLBAD NAKA, THANE - WEST. I have booked a gas cylinder on 11.09.2009 and got a booking / reference no. 9787. I have been promised that i will get a delivery by 13.09.2009. I did not get delivery till 23.09.2009, so i reminded them accordingly. Then every day they started telling that you will get a delivery by tomorrow. but till this date,...
