Hi, This Ravi C K The Product Saniware Somany Toilet Flush Tank which has purchased on the Year 2017 which until now is not Functioning . It seems the Mechanism of the Tank has to be replaced . Waranty has been expired, Could you Please Send an Engineer/Technician who check out the issue in Replacing the Mechanism.

Dear sir,
this is to bring to your notice that the quality of tiles we purchased from your dealer m/s madona marbles and granites, kottayam, kerala is of very low quality(colour variation) and broken tiles . Invoice no:2883 dated 4-aug-2015. Complaint already given but no response. We request for repair of the same at the earliest.
