I joined spectra solution by giving 399₹ as deposited amount which i get at time of first salary. They tell you have to type 40 page each page contains 1000 words they give ₹100 for each page. I submitted them 40 pages within 10 days and after then they gave me mail your work has been canceled and you will not get any money. At time of joining they have told me ₹399 will be given at time of first salary or submitting first project. Don’t join this type of fraud company. After calling them i ask for address and they provided me a address which does not exists and than they blocked my number also

I also got a call from quikr on 23th april 2019 regarding this work from home job, where they did not ask me for any kind of registration fees or anything. I submitted my aadhar card photo to them, and after that i was sent an agreement regarding the same. They offered me 30k for filling 1000 forms in 10 days. Immediately i got an agreement copy to sign. Next day, i got one username and password to start with. Around 155 forms was filled in three days. Fourth day my id was blocked saying multiple logins. Whereas i was doing in only one system. I got message customer service will call back within 24 hrs. Next day (2nd May, 2019)i got a mail saying i've to pay Rs.15008/-. Immediately i called their advocate number. He says you can withdraw the project by paying penalty charges of Rs. 15008/-. I told him i can't afford such a huge amount. He told then you have to come to Gujrat court and pay Rs.60, 000/- for total loss. And he told that he will be sending a copy of legal notice to our nearest police station. There, I was afraid of that and was forced me to paid the amount of Rs. 15008/- .
After few days (7th May, 2019) again the same problem occured and they are forced me to paid Rs. 15000/- and I am paid that money. But, after that I saw the total system is fraud and agreement also fraud.
I paid total Rs. (15008+15000)=30008/- by forcefully.
Please help me to returned the amount.

Same trick he used. He speaks in hindi only. I think he doesn't know english/bengali.

Hello sir, i got a call from spectra solution saying that they are looking for home based work, they called me and said that we should work from home n i'll get 30rs for each form. As i started my work, when i was on 145th form suddenly i logout from system and it was showing me software crashed, after next day one of girl called me and said that i should pay 15000rs immediatily so that they can stop the legal process for court case... Please help me out how should i get my money back... I have deposite 15k

I got a call on 24th of april, 2019 from spectra solution. They offered me a online data entry job saying their won't be any registration fee. But as a procedure if i could manage to complete atleast 800 forms out 1000 forms within 10 days they can deduct the registration amount from the salary. The offer seemed quite good. I agreed to it. They send the agreemen and the login user name and password. It was all fine and i started to work from the next day itself that is from 25th of april, 2019.
I worked accoring to my time and followed the guidelines.
As soon as i completed 100+ forms suddenly after my page got blocked and they deactivated my worksheet on 26th april, saying multiple log in.
I got a call on 27th of april, 2019 from the advocate of their company saying i need to either face the court for violating their law. She told me i had logged in through different ip addresses but thats no true the network service i was using even if i used my laptop of pc the ip address won't differ.
I came here to complain and found there are similar complains against this company. They are telling me that they would be sending legal notice.
I want to know what to do? And do they really send this legal notices?

Easy solution

1) go to your near cyber crime office

2) 80% or 90% chances to get your money back

3) collect all the proof of money and other document

4) if you paid any amount to scammer then scammer msg you to start your work warn you dont want start start your work dont be fool simply go cyber crime office or call your nearest cyber crime office thank you.

They called me for formfilling job & gave me a one page agreement to sign for legal agreement between company & employee which is of only one page an online agreement after which i received a id & password.. After 15 minutes of confirmation i came to know by google that this is fraud side so i cancelld that work before it started (It was going to start on next day) after that they called me & they are saying you have signed a 3 page agreement & now they are forcing me to pay money or else they are saying (Threatening) that they will send legal notices to me & they are forcing me to pay there charges that is 5.000 to 10, 000 or they will charge a sum of 4 to 5 lakh in gujarat high court.

And then next day i help with google there men doing frood with many peopls. So i call 10 am morninhg and asked you are also regisatred in frood. I stoped work.
Because you are frood. Tyey said i will see you in indian court.

I also got a call from quikr arun on 12th april 2019 regarding this work from home job, where they did not ask me for any kind of registration fees or anything. I submitted my voter id photo to them, and after that i was sent an agreement regarding the same. They offered me 30k for filling 1000 forms in 10 days. Immediately i got an agreement copy to sign. Next day, i got one username and password to start with. Around 155 forms was filled in same day. Post that my id was blocked saying "software crashed to 2 login/ 2 ip found", whereas i was doing in only one system. I got message customer service will call back within 24 hrs. Next day i gotta call saying i've to pay software loss which is 60000 to 1 lac or else their advocate will file sue against me at gujarat high court then she cut the phone post that she is not answering the call. Immediately i called customer care and the guy whom i interact at beginning of this job number. He says you can drop the mail for the same. Then after there is no further communication from their end.
Surprisingly i received the call today as well from the same company with the same number for offering the same job. Dont know how to deal with this kind of fraud companies please suggest me.

He says you can withdraw the project by paying penalty charges of rs. 10, 500. I told him i can't afford such a huge amount. He told then you have to come to delhi court and pay rs. 3, 50, 000 to 4, 00, 000 for total loss. And he told that he will be sending a copy of legal notice to our nearest police station.

I got a call from quikr (Rahil: [protected]) on 6th March 2019 regarding this work from home job, where they did not ask me for any kind of registration fees or anything. I submitted my aadhar card photo to them, and after that i was sent an agreement regarding the same. They offered me 22k for filling 900 forms in 10 days, which was a little suspicious for me. After a day, i texted that person if he could give me some guarantee that i will get the money or not. The quikr person has not texted me after that, i have called him a lot of time, he does not pick up the phone and noe his phone is switched off. Reading all the complaints on this page, i am scared if they will come behind me too, with some legal action and i will have to pay whatever amount, can someone please help me with this.????
