However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

this co. are very fraud
Sir, maine 18 days pahele form filing ka work start kiya tha me work kar rahi thi us doran mere id lock ho gai maine help line pe call kiya unhone bola koi issue nai hai fir mere id chalu ho gai or thodi der bad kisi advocate ka call or email anne lage ke aapse internet ka kuch isuue hua hai to co. Ko loss hua hai to apko abhi 50000 pay karne pade ge ager nai kiye to duble amount lage ge or case hoga notices aaye ge... This fruod co. Or not......

I am doing the spectrum work from past 5 days they also gave m agreement but right they don't gave me own address, so will i continue there work? If not then what about agreement will issue me.
Same problem.. I m facing that can i pay 3700 ruppes or not because i don't conform its legal or not.
Please give me answer for this
