There are sending mails like this
We are sending your case for the legal action and as per the conversion section indian contract act 1872 section 17 shall be imposed on you for negligence of payment. We also want to inform you that section 420 of ipc shall be imposed on you for doing fraud with our client for non payment of registration amount which accounts to rs. 10510/-. Section 499 and section 509 for cyber defamation shall be imposed on you for defaming the name of company on internet. Section 66 a shall be imposed for using abusive words with our client and advocate legal firm. Section 15 of ipc for coercion if you coerce our client. If payment is not done then your case shall be transferred for further proceeding at an arbitrary court. An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 shall be imposed on you.

This is a fraud company
These people firstly didn't clearly tell about the work n later ask for money as refund
Firstly they called me for work. When i call back to ask regarding the work the call didn't connected for 2 days then i stopped doing their work. And now they are harrassing me mentally again. They are saying that they will take me to court. I feel a lot pressurized. These fraud people should be stopped as soon as possible

I have got a call from sphere services about data entry. They have made a digital agreement without giving proper information now they are calling me to pay the amount of penality. Its a fraud company they are not paying the money after completing the work. They send messages like if you don't pay the money then we will take legal action against you. Please help me from this problemthey are blackmailing to pay the money please help

totally fraud making innocent people fool threatening and asking for money
Sphere services is a fraud company asking for money. First they call you and ask you to do typing job which consists of 150 pages which is to be submitted within 15 days with 90% accuracy and mke online agreement which is looking also fake then they somehow terminate your id by saying that you didn't achieve 90% accuracy this is the point from where they start threating you and they continuously sends messages for asking money and telling otherwise they will take legal action against you (Person name m. M patel or [protected]) this person will call you and ask you for money. This is also happened with me please take necessary action against these fraudulent so called companies making business by harassing students.
And don’t worry even if they send legal
Notice which has a fake lawyer seal just reply to it consulting your lawyer. They are just trying to scare you they will also try calling you from different numbers. The digital agreement you signed was fake it is only for pvt. Ltd companies

demand for paying money
Few days ago i was interest to do data entry work so I was finding for work.. This company called me and offer for online data entry work, I said them for sending me details about the company, but they didn't sent details about company, they only sent work details.. After that this company sent the document for data entry work. But the document was totally not clear. So i was clearly talk to them that i am not interest for this work and I don't have time for this work..but they said me to do this work only for one time after that it's my choice.. Then I have completed my work and send it. Then they mailed me that my work accuracy is not 90%.. so i have to pay money...They are harrassing me mentally and they are saying that they will take me to court. I feel alot pressurized.. I also say them that if I don't sign any agreement then how can be the agreement valid??.They don't reply me for this.. but send me message for paying the amount... This is a fraud company... Even they don't have any particular address..

To iss fraud compy sphere services ne call kiya tha work ke liye but tab mujhe iss compy ke baare mai kuch nhi pta tha aur ye itene achhe se aapko samjhayenge aur processing batayenge ki aapko is pe believe ho jyega ki real me koi kisi compy. But 15 days agar aap kaam karke paise mago to ye nhi deti hai ye khud charge magnetic hai court ki dhamki de kar aur darakar dhamki dekr. 'i have some prove to aware you. Yha tk ki inka khud ka number nhi use karte. Fake use karte hai. Aage batiye kya karna hai.

I entered into an agreement with sphere services for online data entry work on 9th aug 2018. I had been provided 150 pages to be completed in 15 days, failing which i was supposed to pay a penalty amount of rs 6150/- first of all, the company provided me the incomplete details on phone regarding the work and somehow managed to take my signature on the agreement, which is totally looking fake. The pages provided to me for typing had words which were quite difficult to understand and read. The font type was very stylish and i was not able to read what was written. However, on phone call they told me that the task would be quite easy and i will be able to do it without any difficulty. When i demanded a demo page from them, they directly ignored from sending it.
Now the so called lawyer m. Patel is demanding the penalty amount and threatening to take legal action against me.
The company is fake and not registered under ministry of corporate affairs. It doesnot even have a verified pan no. And gstin no.
I am enclosing the agreement and email screenshots. Please help to get this case resolved.

And they are threatening me that they are going to file a case of fraud against me with the help of agreement... Hello, Same thing even I got a call and the company name is INET solutions. first they asked 300 for registration. and one lady named mahi sharma called and asked for adhere card photo I sent then she asked for video verification.and signed in digital agreement. I sent then next day they sent workload of 150 pages in 15 days . I did 150 pages then after submitting after 3 days they mailed I'd terminated you should pay within 2 days penalty 10000 charges for company as utility charges and then I just ignored the mail. then after one day I got a call from advocate association legal department. got legal notice to pay extra 5000 and totally 15000 as amount.they said you signed agreement. they said we will proceed legally. Some document images from above complaint even I got the same document but address is latur maharashtra same helpline no. When I read all the complaints I understood it's just a scam company and one more information just checked in MCA In that I came to know company doesn't exist. so I think it's a scam company because same document different address they are giving..I shared this to create awareness to the people it will help full for people and do not panic.
I agree with you, Soundarya Johnson. I am also the victim of it with the same plan you have applied for. They are demanding me 10000 and this is totally wrong. Almighty, save my nation with such frauds and scams and protect them from dark and evil-minded people. Guys do not panic, be strong and you have not done anything wrong. So, be positive and continue your work.

They called you up and explaining thier work with very friendly type of behaviour after generating our id and alloted the work they never picked our call this shows that the company sphere services is totally fake. I m also facing d same problem but i will surely taking an action legal action against this, will surely filed a case against this because they do regular calls and mails demanding for money nd threatening about legal action with warrant.

Sir i have uploaded my resume on indeed job alert... Where a company named sphere services called me... They provided me job work of 150 pages to type in notepad... After that they told me that we r in a contract... I should have to pay their registration fee... If i failes in cotract... But its fact that i have not started work till now as i have recieved the work yesterday... They provided me 150 pics of pages which are unclear and maintained a target of 90% accuracy... And now they are forcing to pay the fees... So sir plz kindly help me...

The company says that it is offical comoa y in gujrat but i have sren many compalints against 4thsi company sphere services. Today 1 of its member mailed me that he is an advocate named chetan sharma nd told that ill have to pay the amount. I called him nd asked about him nd the court wherr he works as an advocate he said that he is noy advocate but an employ of the same company. Kindly ressolve this issue as the conpany is asking me again and agian to pay the amount for no reason. And they are also dayi g it that they could take some legal action. When i had i formed them earlier that i donr want to work tbey had still sent some data entry work.

The person who mailed me today is chran sharma an advocate ([protected]) when i called him he said u'll have to pay tge amount otherwise strict action will be taken against u.

I am a housewife. I was in need of job. So i get a call from sphere services regarding job. She told me about the data typing job but she did not told me clearly about the details of the job. But then also i had completed 50% of my job with in 7 days after that i tried of making a call to them but they were not receiving calls or number busy was the response from them. And after 17 days now they are asking for money or else they will take legal action.They are also making illegal agreement online . Its a fraud company. I request someone to get me rid out of this.

Complaint marked as Resolved The company send me the work load before i signing the lincense agreement which they send me after the work. I try to interact with the company but they are not responding infact the girl to whom i talk from the past three days they are not receiving my call. Now they called me and asked me to pay penalty. They also misbehave with me and try to do blackmailing. They told me if i m not going to pay the penalty then they claim more than 50000 rupees and send me a legal notice. And arrested me too. Their lawyer name is mayur joshi and that guy misbehave with me.

Stamp paper sabka same lag rha hai baki log ka bi stamp paper se match krenge, jo log yaha phele bi screenshots ke post kiye hai. Dusri baat kabi bi stamp paper ko PDF ke through send nai kiya jata hai. Third baat iss stamp paper m right side m serial number nai lika hua hai jo red colour m lika hota hai. Ek aur chiz aajib lagi ki High Court Ahemdabad m hai toh Surat kyu lika hua hai paper m, every state m ek hi high court hota hai. Is company par jald action liya jaye or ise band kiya jaye. Yah logo ko mentally herramienta krti hai. Mujhe bhi yah company bar bar msg or email karke mentally toucher kar rahi mujhse pese mang rahi hai.

asking for money even after submitting the work
I vibhor aggarwal got a home based from sphere services on 2/8/18 and got a deadline of 17/8/18 to submit the work. First of all they dint disclose the correct information about the project work. And the images which they gave for work were very unclear so i did the work according to that images now after submitting the work they r saying that u have spelling mistake and now asking for money... So i said ok jst give me ur physical address but they refuse and someone mailed me from their side and he presume to be a lawyer and said we r filing a case against u without giving any deadline. So please help me with this problem

They are continuously harrasing me asking for money or otherwise they will take legal action. When they send the work i tried calling them for 2 day but they weren't picking up so i stopped doing their work. And now they are asking me to pay the penalty amount otherwise they will take legal actions against me. This is a fake company which is exploiting students. These people firstly didn't clearly tell about the work n later ask for money as refund
Firstly they called me for work. When i call back to ask regarding the work the call didn't connected for 2 days then i stopped doing their work. And now they are harrassing me mentally again. They are saying that they will take me to court. I feel a lot pressurized. These fraud people should be stopped as soon as possible
