spic gas cylinder leaking, no action after repeated reminder

My spic gas cyinder is leaking but after repeated reminders from thursday the cylinder has not been changed.
It is very difficult to get through the call as nobody picks up the phone(spic number-[protected]). Even if they pick up the call they do not respond to the complaint. Kindly take action....

Complaint on Spic Gas - No regulator
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am M.Sivaelango, Currently living in MGR Nagar, I got a connection at Gajapathi Gas Agencies, 88/2, Near Rbi Staff Quarters, Nehru Street, Choolaimedu, Chennai - 600094. Now, I transfer my Spic Gas connection from Choolaimedu to MGR Nagar(G.V Gas Link, No 16, Alagirisamy Road, K K Nagar,
Chennai - 600078) at 12-May-09. But upto now(5-June-09) they told, they dont have regulator for the connection....
