They have called me for part time job for resume making online portal on 23 may 2022 and signed and agreement for one task for one week for Rs 20000 per task. I have completed my task but they dont pay me anything otherwise they have to claim from me that i have made wrong entry in resume. They have demanded money from my side. so dont do any thing with this fraud company.

I have received a call for work from home, and they have send a video as demo, after discussions thy have send us a work agreement but after agreement when they have given work which is not as shown in sample, hence i have informed them over mail as well as phone/whatsapp that i am not interested to work with them, but they have not given any reply to us over mail nor over phone.

Now after 8 days i have received a call as well as a mail for demanding rupees 6895 towards fees.

Please take up action against them.

Respected sir myself Vishal Saini from dehradun, one week before I got a message on my WhatsApp from spout naukri, they are providing home base job salaried amount 20000 per task, I said yes I m intrested in the work then they allotted me a portal for resume task on 26.05.22 on the portal I have to complete 550 resume entities in 6 day, also on the portal 1 St day was not counted then my task end dates will be 02.07.22 bt they close my portal on 01.07. 22, also I mailed to them for my portal extension, bt the didn't reply to my mail, today on 03.06.22 a person named advocate Satish Kumar no.[protected] as mention in Truecaller profile called me and threatened me and ask me for money or else legal action will be taken against me .Please help me in this and like this these fraud peoples are filling innocent one and taking money from them. Now they are asking money from me .please resolve my complaint.

They made a agrrement with me and also tell that if i dont want to work i can unregistered by calling customer care no. 24×7 but the customer care no. is switched now they asked me to pay 6895 for not completeing the work and they told me that the company file a case on you

My name's Harsh Kumar. I'm a final-year Btech student. On 18th May 2022, I got a call from Spotnaukri.com, I was told that I had to fill 550 Resumes in a week with 90% accuracy or at least 490 correct out of them, For this, I'll be paid Rs 20K only if I get 90% accuracy else I'll not be given anything rather I'll be paying them Rs 6895 for not completing the work on time or not getting the required accuracy which was also their portal charge.

I got the call from this number first where she explained everything about the 1-week contract and later I got a call from a different number who asked me to log in to a site and sign a contract digitally. Thereafter I was given an ID password using which I had to log in to their portal and do the work.

I worked for them for 2 days 18/05/22 to 20/05/22 rigorously trying to achieve my target goal but one of my friends came to know about it and he immediately asked me to stop whatever I was doing then I came to know about such data entry fraud companies in the market.

Today, on 26/05/22 I got a call from a lawyer who threatened to put legal charges on me as I had not completed my work and it is a breach of contract. He said that if I do not want any cases filed against me then I have to get a NOC from the company by paying them Rs 6895 or else I'll be summoned by the court. He told me that the company has my Aadhar Card photo and a signed contract so I cannot escape a penalty no matter what I do.

This is a part of the mail which I got today, I've copy-pasted the exact mail without any changes in them :

We do hereby serve upon you with the following notice under section 72, 73, 74 INDIAN CONTRACT ACT 1872. "

It's a fake Company do not fall into their trap and I would request Consumer Forum to take Legal actions against them.

I got a call today from number [protected] (Priya). I was told that it is a simple resume work and you have to complete it in 7 days. After that I was asked for my details for registration. While registering, they had some bond which was not shown on that time portal. Now after showing the bond, it is being said that 90% accuracy will not be there or if the work is not completed on time, then you will have to pay 6895rs.

Please stay away from all these fraud jobs. These people keep harassing everyone by making fake bonds with fake names.
