I have bought an apartment here and just moved in yesterday. The apartment quality and amenities are pretty good. This review is entirely about the worst quality of the builder. The handover was due in January initially. Did not happen. Even after four months grace period, work was not complete. Finally the sale deed registration was completed in June, and builder suddenly demands charges for extra amenities that he claims to have done with...

Builders not providing basic usable amenities

Buidlers of Sree Properties and Consutructions pvt ltd, Bangalore having built the Apartment complex "Sree Utopia", have provided substandard basic amenities and are forcing us into a financial obligation.
