sri ambiram indane gas agency, Sholinganallur, chennai Complaints & Reviews

Hi, I had asked by my current Gas agency to change my service to Sri Ambiram Indane Gas agency in Sholinganallur, Chennai since we have shifted to near by location. I went there for the transfer initiation, the staff response to all the customers were so bad, they asked me to give additional proof copy which was not informed by my exiting gas agency, some how I had to run from pillor to post to complete the transfer initiation.

I went to take a new gas connection in "SRI AMBIRAM INDANE GAS AGENCY", they said for single cylinder 6100/- which includes accessories, i asked only gas, then they said come after 1 month. I dont have any other option, so i paid full money, then they given very old regulator, saying we dont have new regulator, i[censored] want new regulator come after 1-2 months. Staff behavior is tooo rude. Why indane oil company is not taking these many complaints...
