Booking for gas was made on 20 Dec 2015 through IVRS and the reference Number is 494427. The cash memo for same generated on 08 Jan 2016 Memo No [protected]. Today being 12 Jan 2016 the cylinder is yet to be delivered. While the agency was visited they are not properly responding and making to wait for hours together....

Non- Delivery of gas on time

I am a LPG consumer of m/s Sri Ragvendra Gas Agency Avadi Chennai-54, My consumer no. is 3145 . I booked my gas on 27/04/2011 and my booking reference no. is 208665 . I have not yet received the Gas cylinder. And the delivery boy of my area is not able to explain the reason for non- delivery . Even when i approached the agency they are not responding to me.Kindly request you to take necessary action....
