Hi, Whenever the distributor brings the cylinder he is collecting extra amount of 60 to 75 Rs over the bill amount every time. When we ask about this to the distributor about this he always says that if you want cylinder you have to pay extra amount. What is the solution for this? We are from middle class family and it is difficult to afoord such extra charges of 75 Rs each and every time. Please help us on this get rid off such bad practices...

This is in reference to my consumer number 52894. When I tried doing gas booking on 15 July, I saw on Indane portal that my status is showing as Suspended and portal was not allowing me to do booking. On approaching the Agency (Sri Revathy Indance Gas) came to know that my connection is suspended as IOCL think I have multiple connections on same name or address. To ensure that I dont have multiple connection I have to submit few documents...

Complaint against: Revathy indane gas agency, Medavakkam, Chennai BEWARE !! They are sending ROWDIES to home... Today delivery guy who was DRUNK brought an expired cylinder and when asked to change it and give a good one, he was not ready to do it. And that too only my wife was there at home and holding a newborn baby. Then he took another cylinder from the vehicle and threw it on the road and told my wife to take it.. He was not ready...

I would like to raise a complaint on Revathy Gas agency, regarding the LPG gas service. I would like to renewal on LPG gas service, but they are not accepting the renewal request. The first cylinder which i received is more than 22 days and am still not able to raise a request.
