Refund issue
Dear Sir,
My name is Muhammad Jabir based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, from Kannur, kerala
I have booked a flat in SRK Sky Wings project back in 2008 and paid a amount of 13 Lakh 40, 000 rupees. Due to financial crisis in 2009 i have informed them about my cancellation request and they promised to refund within 6 months. Till date i have not received any money from them since 2009.

Non-return of advance payment after cancellation
We had made a advance booking payment amounting to 8 Lakhs to SRK constructions for a flat in Bangalore. We had to hence cancel the booking since I had to go abroad. I immediately informed them about this and they promised to return the amount. This was almost 6 months back but till now they have not returned the amount.
