Due to bus vibration we cant able to sleep. Bcoz the vibration make headache for me. And old lady's are there they cant able to sleep it's make vomiting. If any heart patient travell in this bus that's it. We are all made payment for travell the travells Company much need to provide gud facilities so i kindly request u to check each and every buses whether it is proper condition. So make sure to check.

    Hi vivek,

    I onboarded srm bus on thanjavur today 13th as walk in and paid rs 400 for my travel from thanjavur to panruti.
    The bus started around 12:20 pm and the driver started playing some double meaning local slum songs. When i asked to stop he behaved very rude against me.
    I then raised a complaint to the customer care and the problem was solved.
    The driver was rude and trying to show up back. He is telling that he will not drop me in panruti and will drop in ulundurpet which is 34kms away from the destination place.
    He is now telling that the road condition in panruti place is not comfortable for him.
    When i explained him about customer relationship and commitments he started using local indecent languages.
    He is just spoiling the company name and motto. Please teach some customer based good values to your employees.
    By the way please drop me in panruti as committed by your driver or refund me the amount.

      Worst College

      I've been a student of SRM for the past two years. I'm doing Visual communication as my major. I was informed that the college will provide the stuffs whatever the students ask. It was before the collection of fees. But suddenly after the payment of fees, the college doesn't even make a good completion of the syllabus which is framed by Madras university, Chennai. We've even made the complaint twice to the university officials...

      people said true, goverment bank service is very poor, i

      if not possible than pls inform to me so that i can dactivate my account and open new account in other bank,

      I am a customer of your bank, I have a saving account in your bank. My acc no.is [protected]sbi adb br chapra(bihar), its a old account, being a oldest and largest bank i am sorry to say that the service of your branch is very poor... employees are coming very late for work on daily basis. passbook updating service is very poor... the behaviour of your employees is very bad... there in no atm in chapra working 24hours a day... 24 hours link failure...



      look into the matter and solve it at your earliest since this is a genuine problem of every sbi customer

      My name is D.Salma. I had finish'd my UG course in hindusthan college of arts and science coimbatore.. and i am intrested in MBA and got seat in IFIM bangalore for two year PGDM course, and i need 7.2 lak as course fee.so i had apply'd education loan in SBI (kuniyamuthur branch ) branch.regarding that i submitted my 5 semester mark sheets, colletral document copies, third party security and all, my course is start from jun 11th 09 onwards and i suppose to pay admission amount on date, in meanwhile my UG final semester results wil be announced on jun 19th 09 only, so after that i'll submit my mark sheets in bank sir, but in IFIM coll they asking me to pay fee or get a letter from corresponding bank for the reason why process is delaying.. so pls help me to get letter regarding this and help for my future studies...

      Hi,

      SBI Credit Card Agents are misleading the customers. They are giving the wrong tariff details.
      15 days back, I got a call from SBI credit card agent saying that
      1. SBI is giving life time free cards.
      2. In the first month, Rs.250 will be debit from the card and its going to be refunded within 3 months.

      But, Yesterday I got the SBI card but it was not life time free card. Tariff charges are completely different from what SBI agent told to me. Its not life time free card. We have to pay Annual fee is upto Rs.500 and Rs. 250, which is debit from the card, is not refundable.
      Even, If I cancel the card, I have to pay Rs.250 to SBI.

      Because of wrong details from SBI agents, customer has to suffer. Please don't cheat customers.

      Sir, On 25 Jan 2009 at 10:36 AM, i checked my balance from J&K ATM GMC Jammu and the available balance shown Rs. 21, 396.62 Paise. But when I tried to withdraw the above amount on the same date at 10:40AM through my ATM Card No.[protected] from J&K ATM GMC Jammu the said amount have not withdraw but a slip came out with instruction that " SORRY FOR INCONVENIENCE INVALID TRANSACTION PLEASE CONTACT BANK". I tried once again from the same ATM and the same things tooks place.

      sir, in this regard i submitted two applicatin with copy of above slips to the address of Bank Manager, SBI Jalpaiguri (W.B.) and enquired verbally but either giving any good response, every time they asked for fresh applications. Five months already gone on submitting application.

      Sir, I am deployed at far-flung areas of Indo-Banglagesh border for security of my country. Due to nature of my duty i am not permitted to go bank for enquired about my money whenever i want. I am facing very difficulties from financial problems.

      Sir, You are requested that kindly look into the matter and try to solve my problems.

      I am a customer of SBI main branch Ranchi with acc.no. [protected].Last year my ATM card stopped working.It was blocked by customer care and issued a number for quick issuance of new ATM card.I applied for the new ATM card with the number and went abroad.My application has been rejected as address in the bank record was not maching with applications address.My question is how my first ATM card has been issued at similar condition?
      After comming back to India in may 2009 I applied for the change of address and again applied for new ATM card. I received received the card and pin number after about two months.       I used the corporation Bank ATM Machine to withdraw cash of Rs 4000/- on 8.7.2009 with my SBI ATM card, I did not receive any amount but my balance in savings bank is debited with the same amount & in the slip it was mentioned that issuer unavailable.       Sub: Debit of Rs 100/- without receving amount from atm machine.

      My account no: [protected] .I went to SBI ATM on 16.7.2009 near Vasantha Bhavan hotel(Triplicane) around 9.55 am.I wish to withdraw a sum of Rs100/- and put a card the message also comes like please wait and collect money but money not comes out similarly slip also.Then message comes like timeout.To complaint this there is no security person in that place. In afternoon i withdraw Rs300/- in some other atm .On seeing the balance i shocked that sum of Rs100/- was debited from my account.Immediately i gave complaint to triplicane branch but they said that that atm is belongs to Gopalapuram.I have an account in thanjavur so they advice me to complaint in thanjavur branch.Since i am working in chennai i am not able to complaint to thanjavur branch so kindly take neccessary steps and credit Rs100/- to my account.

      I S.LOKANADHAM staying in Brahmanatarla village, palasa ( mandel), Srikakulam ( dist) Andhra Pradesh ( state), India, , We are strugguling lot of problem to make tranjection at STATE BANK OF INDIA, Palasa ;branch. srikakulam dist.through out the year. The available infrastructure is not at all sufficient to serve the daily croud, that you can find out with daily CC cameras at Palasa Branch, Srikakulam dist. Our villager had requested for rural branch at BRAHMANATARLA village major panchayathi.The bank officers were also agreed to provide a branch at Brahmanatarla.The bank officer have identified one suitable house at Brahmanatarla village by the cooparation of villagers.However they do not make any further arrangements since Nov-08. It will give lot of benifit to you as bussiness wise. Our Brahmanatarla is one of recognized bussiness point in srikakulam distrect. Our village having three transport office viz. Navata, kranti, BMPS transports and very importent bussiness point. The Brahmanatarla is located with more than 15 small village in and arround 2 km away.

      Please communicate this to concern department and take appropriate action at the earliest by conforming the above said is correct or not?.

      Hence please kindly take necessary measures and open one point at Brahmanatarla village.

      i have an salary account in sbi mail branch moradabad. my account no. is [protected].
      i withdrawl rs 7500/- on 30-09-09. the cash was drawn in fourth attempt. After completion of
      transaction i saw the mini statement which shows me a deduction of Rs 20000/- which is false
      i had submit an application to the main branch sbi moradabad.

      the dealing hand of sbi said me that nothing is possible to do on the matter.

      It is therefore requesting you please look in to the matter and do the needful at your end
      as possible. recheck the transaction and deposit the amount which is deducted due to
      false transation.

      I had to wait 1pm to 4 pm Without being attended, After which I had to seek the Branch Manager’s Help (Mr Mandalika Bhasar) on his instruction to Mr. Bharat Premani to attend me It was sad to see how rudely Mr Bharat Premani behaved with me using abusive language.       I made shopping using SBI DEBIT card in VISHAL Mega mart on 10.11.2009. After swiping the card when I checked my account statement the next day, it seems the amount has debited twice from my account. When I asked the VISHAL manager, he told me that it will be auto -credited to my account in 21 days. But it has not yet credited. Please take immediate action.
