Hello, I have applied part time job in quikr.com where I have got a call from staple enterprise company to do form filling job where it would be 700 forms and the time period is 7 days.
I have completed my work and my QC got to be failed. After one day I got an threatening email that I have to pay them 6, 900/- within one day or else FOR case will be filed on me. I have paid them the money 6, 900/- and again now they are sending me and calling me to pay 84, 500 or else I will be arrested and legal action will be taken like this.
Please help me from these fraud people.

I had accepted to fill 700 forms within 7 days and I did so.. But now the company has stated the QC form has failed... And I have been asked to pay 4700 re as penalty with 7000 rs as court charges.. They have asked me to pay 7000 for modifying the forms.. I rechecked the forms I filled and it shows error in the same space. How is this possible? It cannot happen like a person commits error at same place in all the 700 forms right? And my error is spacing at same place... How can that be possible? I had typed allmost everything properly... But now they claim that I have to pay penalty within 2 hours or they would file a case against me.
What should I do? Can someone please help me?!

The company is providing simple home based form filling work.

Company will provide you 700 forms that you have to fill and submit in 7 days.

It's an international loan approval form from USA based organization in which you have to type some basic details of clients

For example client name, client mobile no and salary etc.

You have to fill 700 in 7 days. 07 days will be your working time and you must have to complete the work within a time period.

Per correct form you will get 20 rs so your max earning can be up to 14000.

There is a registration charge for this work which is 4700 but it will be deduct from your final salary itself that means you do not have to pay any amount before starting your work.

As company is providing work without taking any per charges for sure company expect our client to fulfil some terms and conditions of this work which is as follow:

(1) You must have to fill all the forms within a time period which is 07 days.

(2) From 700 forms your 630 forms must be correct, that means the company is allowing mistakes up to 70 forms only.

I joined, finished and sent before due date.After 1 day they sent as my qc report is failed.But i download my file before i sent.I noticed my before data and after data are different.Those people logged into my account and changed the forms with space gap.I saw and call back to them, but they not reponsed properly.they just asked "you recieve message mam".
Now inspector and their lawyer sending me text messages and email to pay the amount.they continously call and sent text messages through whatsapp and message.So please kindly safe innocent peoples from this type of frauds.

Then I received a call from Rahul, contact number and offered and convinced me for the part time job providing the screenshot of the work. se said its too simple and just have to fill 700 forms in 7 day and there is no charge in advance but once you complete the work in time with accuracy of 90 % then they will deduct 4700 and if i fail to complete the work in given time then i will have to pay 4700 to them. Looking at the work is so simple, i agreed. They sent me an email (attached below) with all the details. But I worked so nicely. now I searching in google about this company this is a very big fraud company. they were asking amount .

I had applied for a part-time job and I got a message from an unknown number – [protected] and told me they are from Staple Enterprise and it is a simple form filling job. I have to complete the work within 7 days, if not I have to pay them 4700.00.
I completed the work before the deadline (20/01/2021) and submitted on their portal which is http://eworkme.com and they gave me the fake contact details.

Now, they have sent me some legal notice through an advocate claims to be (MR. MINHAZ GANDHINAGAR GUJRAT-396191) asking me to pay 9999 as an out of court settlement. I have also received saying that FIR has been filed against me by this mail ID: [protected]@ahmedabadpolice.org. They are saying that I have to pay the charges or If don’t pay this they will send the legal notice to my address.
I have searched on google and several people have filed a similar case.

My name is Hemasuren.On Jan 8th 2021 I got call from Staple Enterprise. For registration they asked me to send my ID proof And then i got a mail from them which contain a digitally generated agreement form. They generated this agreement without specifying terms and conditions, i came to know about it only after i received the agreement. And i was told that i have to complete 700 forms in 7 days. I was given a user id and password to login to the website which contained 700 forms. And i completed and submitted the work by jan 15 2021. But after completing 700 forms i got a call from the executive that my QC report is failed. Actually i had downloaded my completed work data before submitting for backup and after qc report again I downloaded the data ghe before data and after are different. Those people logged into my account and changed the forms with spacing gaps.
Now the lawyer is sending me text messages, email to pay a penalty amount of 4700 + 3000. And if i have deny for that they will file a legal case against me and i will be penalised. I am housewife of a common man. I cant pay that huge amount.
Today i got an email from an advocate S.B.Deshmukh and asking me to pay money within 48 hours.
So, it is a humble request. Please look in to this matter and help me against this frauds.

On call a men, he said me that I am from STAPLE ENTERPRISE and our company provide online work. When I said What type of work, then he said our company provide online form filling job i.e 700 forms filling in 7 days. He said that if you fill all the forms in given timeline from us with 90% accuracy then we will pay you 14000/- rupees and our company fees 4700 whereas we deduct 14000 rupees and you will received 9300/- rupees.Then I thought that is easy to earn some income and I said Ok, and I will send my Aadhar Card and my gmail I'd in his WhatsApp number. When I was researched about that type of company. Then I was shocked because many complaints on this type of fraud. These type of fraud company's circulates our country who fraud many common people. I am requesting our authority that please take a legal action these type of fraud company's and save the common people.
