Dear Sir/Madam,
on 5th November 2018, I ordered Realme 2 (Diamond Red, 64 GB) (4 GB RAM) through https://www.breezedeal.com and paid Rs. 9990 through Paytm to Star Net Technologies (Order Reference XYYRQRCMY - placed on 11/05/2018). On their website it shows payment received but so far they have not dispatched the item and I sent two messages also regarding my order dispatching details and order tracking status.

Today morning I even sent mail regarding this and have been calling to their contact number [protected] (11AM-6PM Monday to Saturday) but no answer.

Kindly register a complaint and do the needful at the earliest either to dispatch my item or refund amount. I have invoice also.

Order for redmi5a placed on 11.01.18 and paid by andhra bank debit card swipe through paytm. Order id 296. (Paytm) amount paid is rs. 6999/-
Trasanction failed message by paytm on 18.01.18, order id 3910.
Andhra bank replied the amount transferred to the store on 20.01.18
In this regard i request you to look into the matter and return the amount paid or send me mobile.

I have deposited 600 Rs in T.Suresh's A/C... A/c no- [protected] at 21/8/2012 . they sad that after sending all the details in scaned form. but they even today not send any add posting matters in my email id. they cheated me. and dont know how many no of p[eople get cheated through these website. so please try to short out all the related problem and refund the money.
