I totally agree with the above. In my case also they have failed to provide me with profile(S) as on date no doubt they are fraud by all means and have bad intentions as well. I was promised by their executive jp sharma " in case you intend to withdraw, full registration amount of rs.2100/- refunded the amount so deposited." duly signed by jp sharma. I have sent number of mails to mrs bhawna chopra who claims to be a team leader and also tried to contact her on phone on number of occassions but did not get any response. Having failed to get any communication, i personally visited star vivah office at ghalib appartment, pitampura, delhi and met mrs bhawana chopra and requested for refund. She was not only rude in her behaviour but her attitude was also different and admant. Only option now left is to approach consumer court for getting the refund. Wish no other parent gets into their trap. They are cheat.

we are totally dissapoint from this statement.we have a joint family and approx 9 member registered in this company for purpose of marriage and in which 2 get married by the same company .
you have written we had told to refunded the amount, sir they already mention in there profile even we didnot refund the money and you even had sigh on the paper then why you get upset, sir tell me this thing why they do not send the profile to you reason we had ask from the company they told us when you registered they send you the profile and after 15day your daughter profile will be match in your own family. then what will be the company do.company is right even when you go for meeting all the refrishment will be provided to you and after that you get the profile from some other manner then i dont think company will be wrong...i am satisfied i am the 7 more member and company still try there best and even i tried my best to get the suitable match even from the company and from other source so sir dont blame useless

As of now, I have no Idea but I really wish to know, last sunday we registered for our neice marriage. Mr. J.P.Sharma came to us with the form and we gave him a cheque of Rs. 2100/-. After two days I tried to contact Ms. Bhawna Chopra just to convey the message that we have forwarded the photograph of my neice on the given EMAIL id. but no body picked up the call . I tried continuesouly but all waste.

Then I saw these comments, and immediately stopped the payment. I dont know what to do. Do I believe or not ?

we are the march registered customer and we are very happy with the services, of starvivah pariwar and we should refer more people to join this company for the children.
what i think is by blaming other we should look overselves where we stand.by delaying
2-3 days is not the issue because profile should be send by computer so when you get registered have some pateience so that company will take time and look for the best suitable match ffor your children so me shalini saxena is totally satisfied with the services and the refreshment they provide for both party and how they deal in a seprate room is well good we cannot define, so well good

Hi, its been more then 3 months now, we have received only one call from their side about the registration and nothing else. I dont know how people are so satisfied with this company. May be people from their company is writing blogs in this section.

I am not agree with star vivah before 40 days through just dial my conected to call to star vivah for marriege. After Attend call i registerd to star vivah on date 23/10/2010.after registerd i get only three profile after my call go other wise these are not intrested attend my call and send any profile and not any response after getting of my money i can not say earlier these are fraud but till to day we can not get any response after collect money towords starvivah. so i want to bring in all kind notice please here your money not safe. i have loss of my money.Now thse have of my mobile no on the black list because when i call him from my number to all star vivah mobile and landline no then ring is go but not collect my phone but i call to outer from Buth then my call be attend.

I am fully agree with the statement given above and this company is totaly fake as i am a PGT teacher in one of the reputed schools of DELHI and i want that these people should be severly penalized and should be behind the bars in order to extract money and be fooling the people . they are absolutely fake, not even a single doubt about it please donot come in their entrapment and please ! please for the heaven sake donot beleive them at any cost. they are absoluyely fake and i will go to consumer court, in order to sue them so that they don't further cheat people and their hard earned money is saved from being in their dirty hands, they are playing with the emotion of people.

Hi I am Vishal Varshney, I myself registered in star vivah. I become a member in july 2011. I get the profile on regular intervals, although still no one clicks, but its a profession .sometimes you get more profile in a month ...sometimes less, its according to profile. I am satisfied.

the are fraud ...they took cheque from me and send me only 2-3 profiles that too not matching...waste of money

its a totaly fraud company .they have 4 to 6 profiles with them they will keep on showing them and u wud not like them because they will not match with your requirment and this way they will buy time and after sometime u will get frustrated and make some other effort .who fights for 2100 rs bus is trh inka gujara chalta rehta hai agar mahine me 100 murge b fans gaye to salries phn ka karcha nikal ke owner ko 1 lac bach jata hai aur kya chahiye. mai b soch raha hu aisa hi kuch khol lu

Yes they are a big fraud organisation. They never respond to your mails / calls. Even if you like a profile sent by them they will never arrange a meeting for you.

I have even had an incident where they sent me two profiles and both these profiles had the photographs of the same boy. goes to show that the profiles are just cooked up and therefore no meetings can ever be arranged.

Please do not sign up with these folks ..they make fake promises and don't deliver and their coordinators attitude is pathetic. Please save your money don't pay Rs. 2100 to them rather donate it to some charity, , , that will be money well spent. After sending a few unqualified and unsolicited profiles they will stop sending emails. If you respond on one or two profiles saying you want to take the matter further, the other family is already in talk with someone else. Clearly a bunch of dupers. Nonetheless if you show displeasure they will avoid or bar your calls. Beware...its a fox in disguise.

I am agree with that the Stare Vivah Parivar is totally fraud company. I have to pay him for my brother's marriage after approx 1 year back. They promise me as following-

3. Meetings organized by your company.
4. Profile will be sanding after properly match and agree to second party.
5. With in three months work will be done.
But after 9 months I have totally tired with him their result as following-

It is fraud company in pitam pura it is totally i fake site. They are making fools to the people. They charge 4500.00 from the parents insuring that they will search a suitable match for your son and daughter, but in reality they are doing nothing i have registered by self in month of december for my daughter they keep sending message through mails for boys in total they send 30-40 profile of a boys but i accept all the profile but when i asked for a contact details they said madam the second party refuse your proposal. Moreover i just get to know they showed the profile of boys those are already married and whenever the victims like me accept they said they refuse. Yes star vivah is totally fraud. I hv registered about 4 months back. Although when i was not registered same jp sharma came me and showed about 20 profiles saying that they are waiting for our approval.. Once i got registered as soon as i asked d company about girl profiles they said we will send u. But that profile was not showed. I tried to call jp sharma to shout on him but he did'nt even pick my call once. He is main culprit who's convince the customers by showing profiles. I have several times tried to call customer care, but they are very rude in replying. Will register in consumer form. Never come into the trap

Hi - We would stop short of call Starvivahpariwar as FRAUD but one thing is for sure that the Portal is totally unprofessional and unethical. We also agree with the comments made by others that their main purpose is to enrol new and new members by promising them the Moon and then not delivering the Peanut even.


The only job of the coordinators appointed by the Portal is to send out the Profiles (four times in a week) in a mechanical manner without caring whether the same meets with the criterion of the registered member or not. Further, they also do not care to respond to the mails. Not only coordinators but the members of the senior management are also least bothered to address ones' grievances. It also gives an impressions that the profiles of the grooms/brides, as the case may be, are picked up by the Portal randomly from other on-line portals as the same never carry the ID which should normally be issued by the concerned to its registered members.


We are of the opinion that all o[censored]s, who are dis-satisfied with the services of the Portal, should come together and file a case jointly with the Consumer Court and Pray to the Court for imposing hefty fine on the Portal in addition to black-list them from doing business any further.

General reply to any profile which you like is " kundli did not match" or "photo was rejected" or "did not approve the profile" etc. Mr. Bipin makkad, relationship manager mob #[protected] and mr. Deepak are all big frauds.This organization is swindling the public. It has a small office in a garrage without a board indicating presence of the office. One has to search for it. Only about 2 to 3 people are sitting inside and making a fool of people who fall in their trap. They charge rs. 4, 999/- for membership till finalisation of marriage, rs. 11, 000/- thereafter. This is a biggest FRAUD COMPANY. They don't have any real profiles. They just created(fake) profiles to assure their customer. But no profile exist in reality. All of them are fake. DO NOT REGISTER WITH THIS COMPANY.

Starpariwar vivah pariwar of pitampura is fraud...there coordinators are very rude and unprofessional...at the time of taking money they promise you timely profile updates and meeting arrangements. But after paying them money nobody especially coordinator doesn't picks up the phone or follows up.

My coordinator was nisha...she was never available whenever we tried contacting her and switches off or diaconnect the call if we ask her about our queries on services and profiles.

She misguides the customer and when we tried contacting the landline number the client compalints are not taken seriously.

They have charged 6000 rs. And have not provided any worth service till now.

i want to inform you all .. Those who are saying positive for the site are guys working under them as they are also aware that people are now reporting at consumer complaints.when i gave them money i asked about the complaints against them but they have very good words again defense, they said that mam they are people who are actually frustrated and they want to get done everything soon. For the moment i too believed that may be he is saying true, but trust me they are the group of fraud people who should be imprisoned for a long.

I fully agree with the comments of others that this is a fraud co. They only give flimsy feedback - if at all.
They have standard response as " photo no like - either by the girl or by the parents or horoscope not match etc. This is inspite of their salesmen telling us before registering with them that they send only the horoscope matching profiles.
I sincerely appeal to all people not to fall in the trap by registering with this co.

This company is nothing but a group of frauds including Deepak & Simran only interested in making fool of people by any means or by making fake comittments.Paid Rs.6870/- for this to that embazaller naming Deepak came as their marketing head.these people are not working on saturday as well as sunday but can collect payment from customer or their targets at any time & at any place.Was looking for a bride for my Elder brother but didn't got any response from these bartards.These third class people dont deserve any star.

Star vivah parivar is a fraud delhi bases wedding company, the organisation is full of miscommitment and assurance.i am totally agree with cngurung, and sudhir kumar.

Beyond any doubt, they are a big fraud company. I somehow could save my 7000 rupees they had demanded. As such, they are not a company neither a shop, simply a fraudulent group of people. Profiles and photos are fake.
Those writing good comments may give their contact no. I am ready to meet them to see their satisfaction level. I am ready to write so if any such satisfied person i meet.

I agree with the writers above. Star Vivah Parivar is really a Fraud. I had registered my son's Munish Chhabra Profile. The lady who is Relationship Manager on our desk never sent the proper Profiles. Times and again I had sent email to the Customer Care of the Company informing them about her laxity. Now for the last more than a Month no Profile has been received. It is correct that they believe in collecting money and later on ditch the Customer. I advise my brothern not fall prey to their calls. There are more good Matrimonial sites like Jeevansaath.comi, Shaadi.com etc. which helps in locating proper partner. sales agent named Deepak has to come at my home today to collect money but I refused to take their subscription.

They are big time fraud, they lure you in trap by showing fake profiles. Profiles which they show are not available on any social media like facebook / linkedin. Deepak was the guy who interacted with us. Pls do not trust them at all, its just waste of money. They will make 100 of excuses that you did not respond to our profiles sent/ other party rejected etc etc. you can call me at [protected] for more details.

This company is completely fraud, don't fall in trap of these guys and share your family member profiles with them. Their services are pathetic, they don't even listen to your problems. my experience says they are the biggest fraud in the matrimonial world. have not received a single profile from them. whenever I call either the server is down, or website crashes, the relationship manager is also pathetic. they will not receive your calls. beware of them!
