One day i got a call from [protected] on 27/06/2019 saying that they are from step global services and telling that i got shortlisted in a hcl company as a software engineer and asked to pay rs.1350/- to confirm my role in the company and so i have paid them the 1350/-. After they asked me to send the docunents like
1.10 to graduation all memos.
2. Pan card, voter id, aadhar card
For the purpose of the verification.
They again called me and said that you are documents are verified, you will get a formal hr interview call tomorrow (28/06/2019). On that day night itself i got the offer letter.
The next day (28/06/2019) morning i got the call (From [protected]) saying hr manager from hcl and asked hobbies and some general stuff.
After that he said that my job was done and asked to pay the sum of rs.4895/- to release the agreement letter. I paid them the amount, then he released the agreement letter and asked me to sent the passport size photo and sign through whatsapp ([protected]).
After that he again called me and asked to open the bank account (Induslnd bank) for the credit of my salary and asked me to sent the amount of rs.10, 500 stating that the minimum balance for the account opening is rs. 10, 500. I have sent them the amount.
After that i got call from shipment boy ([protected]) for the dispatch of my documents, bank pass book, atm card and cheque book they need employment service tax number and with out that they can't dispatch. I again called the hr manager ([protected]) and he mentioned the same. I told that i didn't have any service tax number, then they said for the creation of service tax which costs rs.12, 515 for which 12, 000 will be refunded to my bank so that i can with draw through the atm card after receiving the post. I paid that amount (Rs.2750+rs.9665) in two times.
After that at the evening of the same day i got call from [protected] stating that for the emploment id card and the access card have to pay rs.14, 415 then i refused to pay and asked to first send my bank details and don't need any employment id card and access card.
He (Hr manager) again called me and said that "your profile will be closed if you won't pay the amount and you don't get any documents through the post".
I again called to all the numbers from which i got the calls, all are switched off.

They asked me to pay money for getting job i payed at first and lated they asked me to sent again money for geting my courier which includes my job letter etc. I asked them to sent my signed agreement but they refused to do that.
Now they are saying that you have to face it legally. I get some suggestions from my local police officers.
Please help me.

i got a call on 18 july 2014 that you have been selected for hindustan construction limited in chandigarh and asked to pay rs.2250 amount in hdfc bank in bank account no.[protected] and ifsc code Hdfc0002040 and again today they called me and asked me to fill rs.3250 in same account. plz help me.

They had taken money from me by saying document verification and background verification to be done and bond paper singing charges and all that crab thing but after submitting the money in their account [protected] of HDFC BANK then they are nt answering my call and most of the number is switched off the number from they call me is[protected]/95 and [protected] so guys plz be aware of this fake company don't submit any money in their account....
