Carrom Board Found Damage

Dear Sir,
I bought a Carrom Board from Subha Stores on 07.04.2010 vide Bill No: A24 for an amount of Rs.265/-.
Now with Less than one week usage the carrom board is found damage on all the four sides and the wood is full of fungus and unable to use it.
When I approached the Subha stores , the person is not responding properly and not willing to exchange or correct it. Hence I kindly request you...

Carrom Board Poor Quality

I bought new carrom board small for my son in SUBHA Stores in Padi Chennai-50 vide Bill No A24 dated:07.04.2010.
Now with only one week o[censored]sage all the four sides of carrom board is found damage and when I contacted the Subha stores, the person is not properly responding and not ready for exchange of carrom board.
I request you to take suitable action against the Subha Stores.
