Representatives of sunshine solutions from bengaluru & kerala are mentally harassing my 85 year parents for loan taken outside india 18 years back. I am aware this is illegal as per rbi guidelines to follow up with any 3rd party for financial dealing between lender & borrower. I am planning to approach the local police station & legal authorities for action...

Dear Sir,

with Respect to Your Below Mail and Kindly Note Below Notes and My Situations.

1) Salary Transfer Letter :- My Total Gratuity and Leave salary and yearly freight ticket charges should be counted in my account and as per Salary Transfer letter after my termination all my assets should be transferred to bank account.
attached salary transfer letter for your reference.

2) Room and Rent Agreement: I took Flat to relocate my family and was unable to do it due to the Termination and Spent Some Loan Amount for Rent
attached to my Termination Letter.

3) Employment Contract : attached file

4) Medical Certificate :- I got Hep B Positive and I spent a Lot of Loan Amount in Help Problem due to Health Insurance not Covered for Hep B Positive Patients in UAE.

Right now i am Jobless and HEP B Positive Patient and I spent my life entire Money for medical and medicine
and I can't pay 1 ruppes at my Pocket

i am ready to face the Legal Court Process and Better to go Jail and Sit In Jail and to Have Medicine

Note :- I am Keeping BB Email to Karnataka State Police and Crime Branch Police and Consumer Department

6 years back me and my family came back to India for good. My father lost his Job & we immediately had to come back to India overnight. after 6 odd years I get call from Sunshine Solution (one Ms.Neetu & One Ms.shahana) calls me and asks for my father & threatens us to make payment which was taken 6 years back. I asked them for their company ID card to be shared via whatsapp, they are not doing that. Then I asked them to send me the bank statement to send me on my email ID that also they are not ready to do until I take the first step & send them an email (ultimately they are playing safe). Then they are now constantly calling me for making the payment. Dad is saying he used only 25k and these people are claiming 50k as principle outstanding. What nonsense. I need some advice and help. What should I do? How do I deal with this?
I was even told during covid days UAE Government had waived off 2 Lakh Dirhams Loan amount or so. Can someone help me please?

Sunshine solutions company is is falsely gathering the complete information about our resume, they are not recruiters they have breaced the terms of the naukri website, this is recovery company they work gulf banks to recover the dues, they have used naukri website as tool to search the people. Kindly block this company because the are misusing the naukri website.

Job fraud consultancy-taking money
Dear sir,
I have become a victim of Singapore job scamps.There is a consultancysun shine solutionsOneday they gave me a call and arranged a client interview for singapore hotel job .I got selected through telephonic round of interview.they sent me a mail copy with the detail.they asked medical report along with the fees-3400.I submitted my medical report,photocopies of my educational certificates along with the fees.
After a few days they sent me normal confirmation letter in word pad where it is mentioned that on 7th october or before that they will give me the detail of the company as the company is in underconstruction and there is no website.
It is mentioned over there to submit Rs-41500 as airfare charges.I called them to verify everything and they promised me that there will be no problem .if there is any problem with visa or anything my money will be refundabale.
I submitted the above mentioned amount to their account in SBI.They told me to courier my original passport for the processing purpose and I have sent also through bluedart.After getting the whole money and passport they confirmed me that they have got everything.Now they are saying due to some problems the embassy has postponed the whole process for two months and it will be started once agian in January whereas I am supposed to join the company on 27th November of ,2010.
