Purchased sunworld vandita flat 625.
But haven't got any flat till date rather the project called off.
I have submitted the refund papers but till now haven't got my full refund.
Only 25% amount has been received but for rest i am not getting any response.
The developers never picked up calls, neither replies to emails.
You cant meet the owner to resolve the issues.
Kindly help me....

I had booked a flat in 2013 which was to be completed in 2017. Until 2016 there was no real work at the project site and i decided to cancel my booking and even allowed sunworld to deduct roughly 50, 000 rs from my booking amount. After 6 months of back and forth, finally they gave me the refund amount cheque. The cheque has been dishonored. I am completely helpless now....
