Service man before visited callind me .and use rubbish and rough language with customer. i m compalint in company but company not accepted.

I had taken a one year contract from Super Max Pest control for Rs.3500/- As per the Contract, 03 services were to be provided by the Company. But despite of several calls and fake assursances, they have not abided by the terms of the Contract.

Details of the Invoice cum Receipt are as follows

Pest control services not providing 2 service

They taken money for 1 year for pest control and Rodent service with guarantee and they are not providing service and then talking very risky and sometimes disconnecting our calls.

On 12.6.21 Rahul from agency deputed his perdon to do antitermite treatment of my kitchen at cost of Rs 2000 for 1 year 4 visits.
But next day I found live termites in the place where they originated in kitchen.
I called upon Rahul but he refused to send person again.
Hence service is highly unsatisfactory.

Good day sir/madam,
On 10th march/2016 we carried out pest control service from super max pest control, we got their number from just dial service. We observed that there is no effects on cockroaches, for which we had used this service. Please note they assured us that cockroaches will not come for at least 3/4 months & they give guarantee that if they appear again then they will again apply the paste or liquid.Now we are complaining them from last 15/17 days and they are not coming for service again. Its not about 500 rs i m sending you this complaint, but how they are cheating people its about that. Please look into this matter so that they should not cheat other people. Their details are below -

BEWARE OF SUCH CHEATS !! - they will take payment in advance & not provide service. We had Annual Contract for 4 visits they gave us only 2. When contacted they stated "Contract is Over" we should have called & followed up to reminded them. Its not our job to beg them for services they have committed against payment taken in advance. DEAL WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.!

I am a resident of Mumbai, Maharashtra. I had entered into a contract with Super Max Pest Control, the website of the co is www.supemaxpestcontrol.co.in , the contract validity as per the invoice cum receipt is 04/03/2012 to 03/04/2013 and the no of services included is 4. The Contract num is 645. The amount of 1400 was paid via chq. However till date I have availed only 2 services and when I called on 01.03.2013 for availing 3rd service I was denied the same and the reason given was my contract has expired in 12 months. Another reason was you had to call 1 month in advance of expiry for the service. The numbers I was made to call were several and several times.[protected] and [protected] were the 2 regular numbers, the call was hung on me many times. Another reason given was all your services have been done, but when we requested them to show us our signatures on the service provided forms, they rephrased their statements
They told me they had to obtain some approval from the head office before doing pest control service at my place. However that was not the case when I had last time asked for the service.

All these conditions and terms have not been explained or discussed with me at the time of entering the contract. This is as per a customer total loss of 50% of my payment. This is not ethical on the part of the service provider.
