I have received a legal notice from one of a company named suv solutions regarding to pay huge amount. I have applied to a data entry job in it previously. But later no response from them. Now they sent me a legal notice. I am in depression. Don't know what to do. Kindly solve my problem.

This one is totally fake compony.in this lockdown to earn money i'm searching for a job.in quikar i got this job they only called and told all the details about work. They told that we will provide 1200 forms that we have to complete within 8 days and we have to fill the forms in that we have to fill correctly 1080 forms. Starting they told that there is no registration fees. Aftef completing work it was send to them they checked that and told that you have achieved 86% accuracy in the qc report. So u need pay 6700 registration fees i dont have money to pay for them. Now one advocate called me and threating to pay 6700 money otherwise we will file case on u they are threating that you will go to jail not paying for registration fees and in the court you need pay 1 lakh money. So by paying 6700 you have to close the matter they are tolding like that can u please help with that

Lekin muje aaj call aaya ek advocate ka vo mujhe bola ki aapke upar case file kareng dhara 420 ka. Ya aap payment kar do. Ab mere pass itna money nahi hai ki mai itna payment kar saku.
Ab mai karu.. Mai bahut dara hua hai.

I got Whatsapp message from Rahul Shah for form filling job. I have to finish 1200 forms within 8 days. Out of that 1080 forms must be correct. Otherwise, I have to pay the registration fees of 6700 from my pocket.I cross checked all the forms so many times for 2 days and submitted it before deadline. But it is showing quality check fails. Now they are sending legal agreement to pay the fees, and some sections and cases on me. But few days back only I got to know that this is a fake one and they are cheating us. Also, they can't take any legal actions against us with that fake documents. I am complaining here to aware others not to stuck in these scam. Please I request kindly to take the action against them.

I got a call from person named Rahul Shah said that shortlisted from quikr.com. I have to fill 1200 forms out of that 1080 forms should be correct. Otherwise I have to pay 6700 from my pocket. I did that task and submitted within the deadline. I cross checked that forms so many times. But it is showing your quality check fails. Few days back only I got to know that this company is totally fake and their agreement also fake. I am complaining here to aware others not to stuck in this scam. I also got to know that, they can't take any legal action against us, and don't need to pay any amount to them. I request to kindly take action against this kind of spam.

I worked for this company where I had to fill 1200 forms in 8 days.But after doing so they gave your QC report is fail and told me that your paper has gone to court and pay Rs.13, 500 to close the file or else go to court and pay 1lakh Rs. The company asked me to click on the link to sign the agreement to accept the job and used my signature in agreement and acceptance letter, while I have never read the acceptance letter. I got it pre-signed on my name on my mail.
It's about filling forms(captcha to be exact) in which i need to make at least 90% correct. If i complete correctly they will detect my registration fee rs. 6700 or else i need to pay them. They also asked my id and password of the website and my aadhar card proof. Only they forced me that if i won't pay them they would file a case against me. They have my id and password so they might change everything wrong and making me to pay them money.

I have the proof of everything. i actually never registered directly to them they just called on my number and said my profile is shortlisted. and then send me these mails.

I got a call from them say their is a form filling job of 1200 in 8 days with a 90% accuracy then they asked adhhar card details and mail i'd and made a agreement with me when i started working i searched about them then i came to know it's a fraud company so know any please help me get out of this i full stressed out should i continue the job or not please help me

5-days ago i registered for online data entry job to suv solution company. After that i received a mail about the details of the work. It's about filling 1200 forms in which i need to make at least 1080 forms correct. If i complete more than 1080 forms correctly they will detect my registeration fee rs. 6500 or else i need to pay them. They also asked my id and password of the website and my aadhar card proof. Only they forced me that if i won't pay them they would file a case against me. They have my id and password so they might change everything wrong and making me to pay them money.
After i searched about that company i got to know that few people are already got cheated by this fake company.
My request is hereafter no one should be cheated by this fake company. I have all the proof of them.

Raman called me and asked me if i want to delete my so i said yes and they wanted me to pay them otherwise theyl'll take some legal actions and i need to be in court i.e. gujrat...and also if they demand extra money or something at the court then i need to pay them.
I also signed that agreement then i searched and i got to know its a fake company and trying to black mail me.
The lady called me for registration named PRIYA SHAH. During form filling it was difficult to identify the alphabets i asked her some queries and also called her even send her msgs in WhatsApp but she didn't replied and also switched off her mobile phone i asked for help so she said to call helpline no. Not me and cut the call. I called helpline no. They also done the same thing switched off thei phones.

They approached me for work 6days ago. When i browsed about it, i got to know that it was a fake data entry company trying to fraud people. I have completed 900+ forms tomorrow is my submission date..but there is server down occurred..the website didn't worked...Now i am also in same situation they have my aadhar card and my phone number details kindly help me to get out of this if anybody can help me please. If we all come together we can do something please someone guide me about what to do next because these fake company can do anything. Its so depressing and such fraid people all these are.

This people contacted me and tell about work, so i accepted it and after registration when i asked for company website they didn't reply then after i said i will complain to police and fill complaint on cyber crime (As they have made me digitally signed an agreement) then a person messaged me that they will put my name on wanted list on web and then he blocked me on whatsapp and they are not receiving my calls... Then they want my id proof i send them.

And after sending i have a nice talk with my neighbors. They told me that this is a fraud company. Which will make you destitute. They told me everything about it. What they will do with us.

 both parties are agree on belowmention points.
 services: independent contractor shall provide adequate work to the company including in given
Timeline. Independent contractor and the company may agree, orally or in writing, on additional services
Or development tasks that are to be performed under this agreement. Any change in compensation, or the
Term of the agreement must be in writing.
Independent contractor will execute the data processing work provided by client through experienced
Persons in such manner so as to carry out the work efficiently at minimum of 90% accuracy for out files.
 compensation: for the form filling services rendered by the independent contractor, they shall be
Entitled for payment of price 25rs (Inr) per form (If you achieved cut-off above 1080). The independent
Contractor shall raise invoice after completion of work with the data. The client will pay each bill within
Maximum 5 international working days, from the date of issue of quality check report. The invoice can be
Raised through e-mail. Q. C. Report will be provided in 72 hrs. International working days from the date of
Submission.
 payouts: company will provide workload of 1200 forms for 8 days. This mou has been signed for 1

 tat: you have 8 days (Include holidays) to complete the work and independent contractor has to send it

Any 2 login/ logout together, 2 ip address without login/ logout, browser upgrade/ degrade without login
/ logout then id will be terminate without any prior intimation.

For utility and maintenance on following grounds.
 in the matter of fact failure, not submitted or succeed company is entitled to receive amount by any cost. If

Payment and if you fail to achieve accuracy in given timeline, then also you have to pay as a liability which

 this charges related to service, development and maintenance cost of the platform where you working

Ater this i told them that i want to cancel my registration. Because still my work was not started. And they said ok sir we will cvancel the registration.
Then i block and delete each and everything i was having regarding them.
Now after 14 days their call comes to me and they said me that i have frauded with them and they have registred my case.

I have got this problem from social media, now this consumer complaints website is my last hope which can save me.

I have registered with this company for form filling home based work.
Before registration everthing was fine but after registration their are not receiving calls nor attending my emails. They have made an agreement of 11 months . The executive i came in contact is parth shah and he clearly mentiined that the registration fees will only one time but in agreement its mentioned per month.
I have the call recordings of mr. Parth shah in which its clearly mentioned that the registration fees will only once.
Now i am trying to reach out to mr. Parth shah but his phone is switched off and the company is of gujrat.
I have all the number which i am trying to call and they are not responding.

I have receive a call from suv solution, gujrat vide mobile number [protected]/[protected] executive details :mobile no : [protected] (Call time: 10:00am to 05:30pm) that she told me that this a part time job and complete 1200 form online then company will ready to pay ₹30000 (-₹6700)= net pay ₹.23, 300.00. On next day i am searching about this company in google. I am already completed 25% work. Also note that i am chating in this number (Whatsapp) they are not given any reply. I found that this is a 'fraud company'. Please look into this matter and take a strictly action against this complaint.

Also note that today i have received a phone vide number [protected], a madam told me that pay the registration amount of rs.6700.00 otherwise she will give a case against me. Repeatedly they were mental harashment with me. Please look into this.

Plese plese help me.. Actually i am undergone leg surgery. So my company didn't paid any salary so i thought of working in online but these fellows torturing me like a hell... I don't know wat to do... Sucide thoughts are coming

After that i paid 7950 because rupesh sharma one advocate called me and said case is going to file in court.

They sent me file no. So i got feared and what ever savings i have i paid.
After that they asked me to come for signature there.

Sir, i was told a work from home part time job where i have to fill 1200 forms in 8 days and they told me that i will be paid 30000 for the work and the registration fees of 6700 will be deducted from my payment.

I submitted the work and they said my work was wrong, even they marked my correct forms as wrong and i started getting calls from advocates and they said they are filling a legal case on me so i have to pay 9200 as i didnt completed my work properly.

After i paid 9200, they said to complete the NOC i have to pay 31985 as NOC fees else i will get a legal case delivered at my home as they have my aadhar card details.

I had to pay 31985 as they were giving me threatening calls.

Now they were saying i have to pay 35000 for digital signatures fees to close my NOC.
I blocked them and their email.

Now they started sending messages on my whatsapp contact and my mothers contact threatening me for a legal case in the court.

In my work report even for correct enteries they have marked it wrong.
They deliberately made those enteries wrong, even the ones that are correct.

After paying rs9200 t, an advocate called and said i have to pay 31985 rs to clear noc and to close registration with suv solutions

I couldnt tell my parents and due to these threatening calls i had to pay money.

5 days ago i have received a call from suv solutions company... They asked my aadhar and say work from home job... They said that i work only for 8 days and i will fill 1200 forms in 8 days then i completed my work in 3 days and then there is no response... After some days i received a fake call from a advocate who say i will fill a case against u in ipc 406... Bt these are the only fake calls... When i checked a their company website then i m not find any website regarding this company...
