I have received a legal notice from one of a company named suv solutions regarding to pay huge amount. I have applied to a data entry job in it previously. But later no response from them. Now they sent me a legal notice. I am in depression. Don't know what to do. Kindly solve my problem....

I got Whatsapp message from Rahul Shah for form filling job. I have to finish 1200 forms within 8 days. Out of that 1080 forms must be correct. Otherwise, I have to pay the registration fees of 6700 from my pocket.I cross checked all the forms so many times for 2 days and submitted it before deadline. But it is showing quality check fails. Now they are sending legal agreement to pay the fees, and some sections and cases on me. But few days...

I worked for this company where I had to fill 1200 forms in 8 days.But after doing so they gave your QC report is fail and told me that your paper has gone to court and pay Rs.13, 500 to close the file or else go to court and pay 1lakh Rs. The company asked me to click on the link to sign the agreement to accept the job and used my signature in agreement and acceptance letter, while I have never read the acceptance letter. I got it pre-signed on my name on my mail.

But after that next my phone was damaged and can't perform any action on it, that'swhy i wasn't able to do that work and yesterday i got a from company they said you didn't complete the work and now you have to pay 6900rs otherwise we are going file a case against you, i tell them that give me some more time my phone is damaged display isn't working so i wasn't able to complete the work...

I started working on this company days before after working and checking my whole work they said that you have failed your qc and we will not pay any amount to you instead I'll have to pay them an amount of 6700 rupees...to all those who are stuck in the same problem they tell you that we will file case against you but they are frauds..so just don't panic and DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY ..i consulted a lawyer and i was tolded by her that this...
