Seriously panic, its been two day with no internet policy not picking call, I'm new to this connection really feeling helpless n stucked wid disgust net provider

My internet went off on 29th june. When complained i got answer that it was due to thunder lightening.
But the connection switch is in another bunglow/building. So there is a corona positive patient so we cannot go there to check it.
In the given time they promised for new connection setup which was not done.
I didnt say much as covid patient was present and its risky for the technicians. Daily when i call they say "aaj ladka jaake dekhega". But no one checked.

Finally on 17th july one technician comes to check and says we cannot do anything on that bungalow as they have closed the switch and we will setup new connection. But still it's not done.

No one answers the call. No one addresses the complaint in their app. Fake promises made everytime. Seems they want me to cancel the connection. My job work is hampered due to this.. Mobile internet doesnt work efficiently. Even after saying this there is no response. These people do not pick numbers of any of my family members as now they know its us who is calling them.

Please intervene this... As every customer deserves attention.

This company... Whenevr we go in office for renewal of plan the don't give receipt to costumer... Infact ever time they have excuse that today the printer is not working or else the server is down... Many a tyms v contact the office they ask for the issue they say that the technisian would come and resolve the problem we receive the msg abt the complaint bt in some tym nearly 1 hr we receive the another msg that "ur problem is resolved thnx for contacting swiftnet" bt the technisian didn't came at all... And mostly after a day or twice a day the net works poor there is no net connection at all 3 or 4 tyms a day the connection is lost... And infact the many thing the do not give the bill to the user... If the dont give the bill the amount which is paid by the user go "black" every day if there r more thn 20 ppls paying their bills and dont get the hard copy of the receipt it means how many black money in a day... They say u will get the receipt online and which is of no use... There r there to make fool... Fraud company...
