Unethical Practices to make more money
Dear All,
This is to bring to your kind towards the malpractices adopted by SCDL to fleece students by overcharging them. I took admission in of the courses based on the banner on their website which informed all that registrations and admissions till Aug-01, 2013 shall be given discount of Rs. 3000, if fee paid in full.
I filled all the details online, paid for prospectus an amount of Rs. 1215 and then Rs. 1012.5 towards registration....

Unprofessional behavior of student support staffs and hassles to students

SCDL... the money minting university. They have a so called Student Support Center wherein the staffs yell, misbehave when they are questioned over the phone, yet SCDL asks to call their helpline for any queries!!! SCDL management , can you train your staffs to be polite and patient with the students?
Talk about their Student Support helpline (e-mail), your queries are never answered through e-mails. Same holds good for the Grievance...
