for first 15-20 days the Internet ran fine. On 13-14 Oct, the customer care representative called up, asking me to pay Rs 5612.00. He informed that my usage was more and that's why this much was the bill. he threatened that if i do not pay the amount within next 2 days, my connection will be suspended.br...

no internet on tatabroadband internet for past 6 days

Sir My tataindicom broadband customer id is [protected]@vsnl.net & Despite my repeated complains through emails & calls still after six days that is from 7th sept to till now my internet service has not been resumed. Every second week the net goes & whenever it goes it takes three to four days to come back & this time I am sure it going to be weeks. I am tired of making complains every week & it’s a huge stress for me....

Problem not resolved in time

There has been always some problem with this company's services but due to no other options in my area. I had to use this.

Recently my Broadband regularly disconnects in the evening and doesn't connect until next morning.

I am regularly complaining on their customer care no[protected] and they give me 24 hours to resolve the problems.

It's almost 5 days now and the problem is still...
