Sir,we are suffering from various problems regarding tata mobile tower,situated at lalbagh,bhagat singh chowk,darbhanga.bihar.The tower is situated midst of residential area.My house is only 10 meters away from that tower.The guard of mobile tower always run generator from which always produce noisy sound,therefore we could not sleep soundly at night.When I call his officer, he said that we have no battery back up.He also said that we are...
