I am typing this complaint at 2.10 AM dated 15/09/2015. I have purchased Tata Car Model Zest XM on 29.07.2015. Mostly when ever I have need of Car, my Brand New Tata Zest Car do not work and I have to contect nearest Tata Work Shop to get it repaired. Besides I have to make alternet arrangement to finish my work in time. Also Tata dealer repairs car any how which do not work for more then 1 weak. this happened three times within a period of 45 Days. Further I also like to state that my 12 Years Old Maruti 800 Car had never problems, which I replaced againest Tata Zest. Now I like to give award to Tata Zest as the Tata "Worst" and the dealer is a "grand father of worst".

I got this fake call letter from tml. first i don't know whether this is correct or fake. then for verification i asked my brother, my friends and also search on google. then i ensure that this is also fake. another thing the last date for doposit is 9 sept 15 but they told u can make it today(14 sept 15). how it is possible

I received email from TATA MOTORS LIMITED mentioned as " APPOINTMENT LETTER"...I was so happy that i received offer letter from TML..and it is mentioned as have to deposit Rs.9550 and today august 27, 2015 is the last date, have to attend interview in Mumbai..i was looking into website then i come to know lot of people has posted that they received same kind of mail which is full of fake...

When contact through mobile to the HR they even assured travel allowance, and free accommodations.

I received email from tata motors limited for direct recruitment placement order & deposite 8600/-Rs.( for refundeble amount) in PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK in kota branch favour of shri Dinesh Sharma saving accunt no.[protected].on date.[protected] please refund my deposite money & stop fake massage from your heads.

TATA XENON loss making machine-
Why should anyone buy Xenon instead of Mhindra Pickup...I was fooled by your tata Bafna Motors Thane..
Vehicle performance
1. Low on milage
2. high on maintainance..
3. low on durability of parts.
Just 10 months old vehicle...

Till date changes
1. Brake pad,
2. enginee foundation,
3. broken oil filters,
4. oil cooler,
5. oil filter body,
6. almost done all enginee work,
7. changes the steel part of power steering,
8. All tyres because of the poor quality tyres

To avail spare parts had to wait for almost 6 days with no luck spare part is Oil cooler. I had to arrange the same from out side....

I HAVE ALMOST ASSEMBELED TATA XENON after purhcasing it... is that what TATA expectS a custtomer to doo.

Parts have been changed few months back record are there with Bafna motors service center thane..

Even after complaining there has been no reply from TATA....

iF THIS IS ONE OF THE CASE THAN THEY SHOULD HAVE REPLIED WITH SATISFACTORY REASON.

Oil filter in tata xenon are very near to the other parts in engine and also the patta due to which unknowingly the oil filter is damaged even in a small pot hole and oil leaked causing severe enginee issue..

I have purchased Indica Vista (TDI),RJ20Cb4299 from your authorized dealer M/s Chambal Motors Kota .We have chosen TATA brand because we thinks that TATA is India’s trusted brand but now I feel that your focus is on only selling the product by making fool but after sale service is not your concern.

We have purchased this car in fusion scheme in which Dealers had charged 35000-- extra by saying that 4000/--monthly installment will be paid by fusion company for 2 year and in this duration customer have to paste some advertisement material on car according to fusion company but after purchasing the car no fusion representative contacted us for advertisement and few month later 4000--- installment also stopped It show the integrity of company and company dealers that your intention was to sale the cash only by making people fool.......we know that at the time of purchasing dealer had cleared that company and dealer is not involved in this scheme. But it should not be logical that without company’s involvement any dealer could perform such type of activity in the dealership premises because TATA image is also involved in this activity ...



I have sent my car to your authorized dealer for servicing on after complete check up your mechanics asked that there is[protected] Rs expenses will be charged for this service and resolving the problems ,we agreed and told them to complete the work, after 2-3 days they called that your car is completed you can take the car with you. Before taking delivery we took the trial but we were not satisfy and discussed with the mechanic he assured that after running few days the problem will be resolved it is occurring because parts are new.

After few days your customer care called and asked for rating the service as my satisfaction level and I have rated by 4 .Next day your dealers representative called and told us Why we rated by 4 ,if you have any problem you should call us ,now you can send your car again and i have sent my car again next day after checking the car they called us that now there is 19000/- expenses in your car, we asked them that in previous service you suggested that the problem will be resolved in[protected] Rs and we paid but the problem still exist now you are charging 19000/- for the same problem for which I have already paid ,but they did not answer…
In spite of taking extended warranty you are not considering it, because I was out of station was not be able to send my car for servicing..Why you did not confirm us at the time of selling extended warranty .

Now these are the reasons that I have decided to go to the consumer court but before this as TATA is a trusted brand ,I think we should discuss with company ,therefore we would like to pay your kind attention towards following points……………….

1 1. At the time my previous service in which you have charged 7674/- ,you did not know these 19000/- expenses problems ?
2. If Yes………..then why you did not tell us and why you did not work for this 19000/-expenses problem and why you have charged 7674/- where as the problems yet to be resolved ?
3 3. Should we think that this is the result of rating 4 given by us as revenge?
4 4. Now, how we can trust that your service centre will not damage the car to increase the amount by 19000/- or more than this to prove your credibility or trust ?
5 5. How I feels that same mental and financial harassment other TATA customers (which I have hared among the TATA customer to whom we contacted) are not facing ?

Please help me or Iost all my trust on TATA brand and their credibility .it will be ok ?
Do you wants that any of your customer will have to challenge TATA credibility in consumer court ..If No …than please try to understand our trouble as earlier as possible ………

I own a 9 month old NANO bought from 'concorde motors' in ambattur, chennai.

The car got a minor problem of making noise in the left side while driving following which I left the vehicle in service centre(same ambattur) on June 25 for repair. The car was delivered after repair stating that the noise was due to some wheel hub being loose. The car was delivered on 26th evening at 3.30PM..

While I drove the car to home, some weird noise started to develop in the left side. I was unable to notice it in the traffic but after sumtime it was very high and the car started to drag towards left.

On checking, the front left wheel was turned towards one side. The right and left wheels were not in line. So I called up the service centre and that's where the problem started.

The person named "namasivayam" gave a tow truck's number and left the problem unattended thereafter. After much trouble I spoke to the Asst. GM Vijay chandren. They wanted me to tow the truck from the spot to the service centre which costs around 3000. I refused to pay them the money coz the mistake is not on my side and i wanted them to tow it for free of cost. Then he gave me tata motors toll free helpline and those people continued the same story by sending a mechanic at first and then asking me to tow the vehicle. Believe me, one full day got wasted because of these buggers.

One person pointing out the other and then it continues. Karthikeyan, who was the CSM spoke to me at around 7PM and Im still waiting for his response. The guy is loads and doesnt take any responsibility. These people just wanted to defend their company and things but do not ever think about the customer at all.

It has been two days since it happened and my vehicle is still stranded in the middle of the road unattended by any of those people. They are playin with my head and making me roam around a lot like an . Is it my problem if the car stops at the middle of the road after a repair because of the same ****in problem?? **** these people.
