We have hp 1020 printer having serial Number CNBRM9H1BD and it’s not printing any single page.

Myself Bhajan lal soni . i have submit my EPF settelment form before 3 monthes but till time i have not recive my PF .When i talk at PF office they said that your cheque has done but not dispech . I have talk 3-4 time but they give the same reply that your cheque will be dispech after 20 days but till time i have not recive my PF .So pls help me becouse i have urgent need the mony .
