Hello sir i want to complaint about tdi infrastructure ltd.chairman mr d.n taneja.this company is a fraud. They take loan 3rice on a single land.they dont pay salary timely, dont give full and final to any one only harace people who worked there.they have not deposited pf since dec 2017 but they have deducted the same from emplyees both side deduction is there from employees salary, they dont make labour payment i dont know how they are paying...

I have booked a unit at tdi tuscan city and paid 969330/- in terms of application. They not allotted nor refunded the amount inspite of several letters, meetings. Reminder and also follow up with cgrf. New delhi. I also have with them several meeting s with them but they mislead ed and not given any satisfactory response in the matter.in terms of application drafted and signed by them if the company fails to make allotment with in six months...

I was allotted a residential plot of 250 Sq Yard in Tdi City Kundli in 2005 and for which I haven't received the possession till date though I have already paid 90% Basic, 100% EDC & the enhanced one too and that also around 4 years back. There isn't a single penny that I am suppose to pay the company except for 10% remaining basic which I am suppose to pay at the time of possession itself.

I own at tdi kundli, KINSBURRY , i was supposed to make a payment i have already payed , i would like to draw ur kid attention towards the fact that i hvnt got the ALOTMENT letter despite of continuous requests to Mr chinmoi, hemlata, Gaurav sharma, amit yadav.



Requesting u to take actions for the sane, otherwise we have to take some legal actions...
