Hi Sir/ Mam,

I am residing is no 39b Samdhariya colony 1st street Kolathur chennai 99 where there is a Tea shop just next to my house they are selling Cigarette over there from Morning 6 am till night 11pm people come there smoke Cigarette and the smoke and smell reaches till my home kitchen i have informed the shop keeper several times but they don't listen to my issue, they say it is their shop and people will smoke there.

I have 1 year old baby he is getting cough because of this as well my family people not able to stand in balcony, or come out of our home as it is affecting our entrance area as well.

Please help me on this concern asap. this is life threatening issue.

Cigarettes are smoking in neighborhood shop near karpagam vinayagar tiffin centre tea shop near karpagam vinayagar tiffin centre, in jeyram street, in K T HOUSE, ANY TIME CIGREETEE, GUTKHA,
HANS, two wheeler are parking in that place, public are distributed to cross that place, take action,

This shop given very bad quality fruits and cakes to the customer. And Tea is 12 rupees but very worst tea give to customer lots of water mixing... Am ask about this issue to the owner but his rudely behave with me... Please take a action.

A tea shop vendor has illegally constructed a temporary establishment on public property near and private property of Kailash chambers, Near civil hospital, Park road, Hazratganj, Lucknow - 226001.

Request you to take immediate action and get the illegal construction removed.

Dear sir/ madam
This is to draw your attention towards encroachment on public road outside the shop by putting chairs and tables. Shopkeeper of shop no - 12 dda market gulmohar enclave opposite punjab national bank have encroached road by putting chairs and tables outside shop and created nuisance, they sell tea and other eatable items, cups and garbage is thrown in whole area, customers of this shop also creates lots of noice and shouts while sitting outside the shop on chairs which disturbs other shopkeepers. Shopkeeper has also kept tea counter outside the shop which causes difficulty to passers.
Kindly take strict action against this
