I want to bring to your attention the cyber crime i experienced today. Because of the ongoing situation i am having some financial issues.in 2019 i start online work from home types jobs. So i start searching in quikr and got call from company member gave company name as techno enterprise. He/she said its an easy job and i only need to type 1000 captchas a day and will be paid upon completion of the work. For registration they asked me a copy of adhaar card and one photograph. Which i uploaded while completing the online form and later on they send me a agreement. While searching about company i found this is a fraudulent company and blackmailing people on basis of that agreement. Please advise and help me at the earliest.
I am already going through a tough time because of financial issues. Now i am afraid what if they start coming at my home and ask me for money. Please help.

App captcha work about a part time job on[protected]. I pay the penalty and got noc from the company. They said my agreement licence with the company been canceled and no further contact with me.
But, today one advocate call me and said you have to pay the penalty for the court for breach of contract and they filed the case under the section 73&74. They send me the hard copy of the notice.

I sent messages and made call to their number no response from them.
Later a week got a legal notice mail
Stating a case is filed against me and i need to pay 1lakh...

Within a few minutes, i got a mail from them saying that you signed an agreement (Which i'm unaware of) that you are liable to pay 5000 inr in the event of not reaching 90% accuracy. Without my permission, they have filed an agreement call not answering after agreement. Ongoing project fromfraud ph no[protected] to[protected]. Very irresponsible person not answer my phone after agrerment they shall not help me for working didnt count my captchas after 160 entries it will be zero count. Why i compete 10000 captchas. These matter how to tell to that person without answering phone many messages sent via sms whatsapp but no response if i call call reject. Please close my agreement the second link which they have sent is not working properly and have been unresponsive when asked about it. Please take quick action against them and resolve this issue quickly. Please close my agreement.

I got a job through quicker for typing 10000 captchas in 10 days. I applied for the same. They asked for my aadhar card, email id, contact number and gave the same. Then they told to download an app through the link they send. Then they told to upload my picture and signature. And i uploaded also. After that i started to type captchas.
They have send an agreement afterwards about the rules of typing and 90% accuracy. Everytime i typed about 160 to 200 captchas it goes back to 1. I enquired about that to them and they told don't care about, everything i type is being recorded there. Then i started to type again. I have solved 10000 capthas but the last count was showing 4892 only. Before that it was showing 7820. After 30-40 days they calling me to pay the penalty of ₹ 5000 for not completing the work. They going on messaging me please help me in resolving the issue.

I have got a call from one person regarding online job captcha entering and the said that to regester my details in a link which will be shared to your wats app. So i got a link to my watsapp number but link was not opening in my mobile. So i said them that i won't continue. But they only offered me that if i am ok they will submit my details. So they asked me all details like - adhar card, signature co[py, and a photo in watsapp and i shared. They explained what to work how to work. After that i have started working in one app called mac2app (They have sent a link to download app). For 2 days i have worked but application was not user friendly, it was showing errors, synchronising and even count of captcha filled was going to 200 to 1 and counting again from the first. I stopped working in that. Since i thought its fraud.

Sfter 10 days again i got call that i have denied legal agreement so i have to pay 5000/-. I neglected for that time. But now after 3 month i am getting call, message, email regarding legal notice. They are threatening me that to money or it will go to court. Please help me how to resolve this.

I'm nagaraju I have lift one in june 6th and one person taking he is told I'm provides part time chapta clear work and ur not pay any money and he told ur first salary ducuted 5000 after he is send one whatapp number I'm send voter ID some time lift he is again call I'm send two links one is mac2app and another agreement soft ware but I'm not installed agreement app he is again call told installed soft ware but I talked I'm not interested in this job I'm not agree I'm ask 1week time but he was send aggrrement next day my self I'm not any sine but he was my signature progeri after ten day comes call he told I'm advocate ur pay 5000 money are not take legal action but I'm not pay any money but call comes again and again today onwards also please help me sir

On 20th june i get a call from an company agent call tecno enterprises he said that they r offering online job works he said me the company would give 10000 captcha and u should complete that in days and they should pay me for that work, as i have need of money i accepted their offer after that he said me that send your adharcard pics to his watsapp no. I did and after that he send me two links in on link after download he said upload uaa pic i upload and after he said sign their and save it i done that but after i sign and saved it, i get an mail from their company and they send me an agreement which was signed by me but i dont know about that agreement the agent wont said about that to me he just said sign an save but they apply my sign on that agrement illegaly without knowing me, aftar i read that agreement i called my agent he didnt respond to it, and later he offed. And i got a call from the drauf company and he was saying that if i wont complete that work which they have given i should pay them 5000, are else their advocate will file a case on me l, but their company was never show correct details he only give 50%accuracy from 10000 captcha, as they told the fake advocates are calling me and asking for money, and blackmailing. So please kindly help me to get over from that fraud company. Please

I got an phone call from techno enterprise captcha.And they offered me a job and sensed two links and I had installed one of the link is MAC2 CAPCTHA app and other is Agreement App
They asked me to upload photo, signature and aadhar card photo.
Then I got a mail that you have agreed for working in the company.
Then again they called me and told that ur username and password will be sent to your mail with in 15 minutes but I didn't receive any mail.
After 10 days they called me and told that ur have not done your project and you have pay 5000 against registration fee.
They I didn't respond.
Then next day one advocate called me and harassing me that to pay 1lakh 80 thousand as ur not doing work.
Otherwise your will get an notice my Mumbai court as hard copy.
I got a messages from this advocate that your complaint has registered and we are sending a notice your address.
I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO .
IF THIS ISSUE IS KNOWN IN HOME I WILL ME VERY TROUBLE.

This company playing with lives of part time job seekers, they simple put some ads in quiqur etc sites, and making fraud agreement, and give captcha work to victims, this work is 10000 captcha in 10 days, with 9000 accuracy, but the app will make that 50 to 60% accuracy only, they did not give your captcha report, they finally told that your are failed in completion of work and pay 5000 according agreement, after fake lawyers entering in to the scene and they starting arrasement, if any one bend they collect money from victims, so please take necessary action like this fraud companies, And they are harassing through the advocates and calls.Already they took money of 7800 and now they are asking 15000 please help me and solve my problem as soon as possible.And help me to refund my money

Sir/medam i got a phone call at one day he asked are you interested in part time job. I say yes I will give id & password you will work i say yes he got my details and he send a agreement i am shocked i want talk to his but his mobile switch off one day advocate call to me. Then you will pay 5000 to that company I'm not call to you I say ok i pay 5000. After one day he called me you pay 9500. If not pay i will take legal action. So present this is my situation so please help

When i said to provide me the information about the work he said that give me your adhar card photo and email.
And when i give them. He send the agreement. But no login id and password send. After few days one advocate called and told we have not done the work so i need to pay 5000/- otherwise legal notice will be issued and also sent a legal notice to my wife email address and harassing her through calls i will share their no too. [protected], [protected]. None of their mobile number who responded earlier are not working all are switched off. Kindly do the needful and solve this issue
All of this happened today 18/06/2019.
I filled this complaint because i didn't wanted any disputes in future.

I received a call from techno enterprise for captcha work. They told me that you need to complete 10000 captcha in 10 days. They asked me adhaar card and digital signature. They told me if you are unable to submit the work you have to pay the penalty. They told me after 10 days you will get 22500rs. There will be cut of 5000rs as registration charges rest amount you will get. After completion of 10 days when i told them my work is completed they told me you failed to complete the work you have to pay the penalty. They said we have transferred your id to legal department for legal proceedings. They told me lawyer will talk to you. They are harrassing.
So please help.

On 19th june i get a call from an company agent call tecno enterprises he said that they r offering online job works he said me the company would give 10000 captcha and u should complete that in days and they should pay me for that work, as i need of money i accepted their offer after that he said me that send your adharcard pics to his watsapp no. I did and after that he send me two links in on link after download he said upload passport size photos upload and after he said sign their and that not saved he said that leave it the sign u got a call from madam u said that you are ready to work then we call the agent multiple times and they said i will inform you but they not informing me the work id send to my mail but idid not open that link now to day i got a call from advocate will file a case on me or pay 7800 as a penality do not complete the work

I already gave a compliant about this techno enterprise and I resolved that and got NOC.
They again contact me and blackmailing me to pay penalty to cancel my agreement (12, 500rs) by today evening or they said they will file a case on me regarding to this penalty.
Please help me to solve this problem

I agreed initially but on the same day i googled about this and came to know it fraud and i told them i dont want to do rightaway and i blocked them.

On the time of joining i had signed a online agreement and i also send my aadhar card through whatsapp.

Now they are harassing me to pay the penalty and sending me massage for send the court notice to my address.

I also got a message/email which is saying they are they are are lawyer of kdtcaptcha and they will file a case against me. The name of lawyer is kr mane and they are asking me to contact on [protected]

I have accepted this project of clear captch project where i'm asked to solve 10000 captcha. I submitted my details and they used my name as a signature on a fake agreement without information. I was said to solve the the codes and submit in 10 days. However my work was recorded inappropriately. And now past the deadline they ask me to pay 5000 in return. Kaptcha code project gave to me by a man on call. They are supporting to me only 1 day. Now after 10 days they are asked for penalty of 5000 rupees otherwise you have to pay large amount in maharashtra court plz tell me what should i do. They call me for home based job of solving captcha code. It's free no registration fees. Then after registration i submitted my all captcha code right but they generated the fake report that my all captcha code are wrong. I contacted them then they said that this report is generated by the server. Then i login into my account in 2 mobiles & since there server does not noted that. Then i contacted them many times but they blocked me from whatsapp & they blocked my mobile number. Now asking me to pay 5000 as charge & i'm unable to pay. Please take the strictl action for this fake company.

I had applied for a job which is to be done from home. I got a call from Techno Enterprise. They asked me to complete 10K captcha codes in 10 days. If I failed to complete the task or withdraw without completion, I am obliged to pay INR 5K. I accepted the same. I submitted an ID proof and photo of mine alongwith my signatures on a blank paper. After few minutes, I got an agreement on INR 100 stamp paper containing my photo and signature. That agreement has been entered into without my acceptance.
Later on, I came to know that many complaints have already been filed regarding the same issue. So i decided not to do any task and therefore didn't commenced the task. Their representative told me that I may cancel if i dont wish to continue by telling my final decision on a call from company's side without paying any charges. But when I did the same, the company asked me to pay INR 4K as fees to use the company's software.
From then I blocked all their calls and SMS's. Now, after 10 days I have received a mail regarding my obligation to pay from their advocate associate. Whether I am liable to pay anything to them.
Pls reply ASAP. I am in urgent need of your help.

My name is k. Lalitha and a week ago got a call regarding the captcha entry job. I have asked many doubts the job but they did not clarified my doubts they said that after agreeing we will tell you the details once it is agreed and also said many students and housewives doing that work like that they said. After agreeging they have asked me to enter 10, 000 captcha for 20, 000 but as per the company policy they said they will deduct 5000 as a registration from the earning amount than ask me to upload my signature via app and they made a fake agreement without my concern and stated that if i’ll not be able to complete the work or if the terms and conditions will not be fulfilled i have to pay 5000 as a penalty charges (As per the agreement). I started to work and in the middle some problem with my mobile and i was also not interested to do that job. When i need help about any information they were not properly responding i try to contact them but there was not no one there even the contact from where they texted me in whatsapp that no longer the user and after 10 days they just called me and giving me the threat to register the case if i would not pay the penalty amount,
Please do let me know what should i’ve to do?
