In the period of covid 19 I was looking for work from home job. Once I got a call from Gujara and said if you are looking for homebased data entry job I said yes he said I am from technocraft solution our company is providing u data entry job u have to type 700 form in 7 days with 90% accuracy, I said okay they ask for my adhar card and email ID I send them on their whatsapp his whatsapp no.. after that they mailed me acceptance and agreement their was no company prospects attached in that agreement it was mentioned all the task and term and condition as above there was only company stamp not signature and in right side only my name was mention I didn't sign any agreement. i sensed that this is a fake company so i ignored it and now after few says they are threating me by legal notice and mails. Recenlty i got a legal notice from theri side and one lady called me and said I am advocte of this company and said as your qc is failed u have to pay Rs 4700/- within an hour I got completely shocked. After few hours she messaged me your case I'd is generated go to nearby police station and verify it. Next day again I got a legal notice too. it is mention in that notice that u have to pay Rs 4700+3000/- within 48 hours and same day I got a messege that notice against your breach of contract has been dispatched to your home address. I didn't reply to any call, mail, or msgs but I am scared I don't have job and also don't have money please help me 🙏

At first i received a call from quikr as refrence for form filling job from Sidartha patel([protected]). He said i had to fill 700 form out of 630 correct for a payment of 14000 out which 4700 registeration fees will be deducted i agreed as i needed money. So He said to send adhar card and email i did. After that I got a verification call, Sidartha asked me not to cross question so I did not but I came to know that I need to pay 4700 from my pocket if I fail to submit work in time or if I don't login. So I called Sidartha and asked him that he had not informed me about this and I am not interested in this work because I suspected it's a fraud company, so he started shouting at me I did the same then he abused me so i disconnected the call. He called me again said sorry but I told him I am not interested any more and hung up. After few days I got a mail and call from Karan Saxena([protected]), he said he was a lawyer and I need to pay 8510 RS as I have breached the agreement, also threaten me on call. Kindly look into this matter as so many people are becoming victim of this fraud company.

Few days ago they whatsapp me for online form filling job.. and now they are asking me money.. they are threatening me

Afterward i received mail on legal agreement for signing (and i main its mentioned to download legal documents if i have not signed at first then which documents are u saying to download) she said me to enter otp after that legal agreement i received some soft copy of agreement which did not had my sign i asked her where is company located she said gujarat i douted . She said a call for verification will come pooja( as per truecaller) just say yes without asking any question i did . After that i she said that i will receive my i'd pass at 6 and i had to go out at 6 so i told my prob idk how she sent me just in 20 mins and said to send ss . After that when i checked review on internet i came to know such things i am filling this complaint on prior if such thing happens then i have all proofs call recordings, screenshots and also i can screen record while filling form i[censored] say that entries are wrong also the company logo is stolen from a kerala based comany . They are multiple people and when i tried to contact disha pooja helpline none of them received disha n pooja number was shut down and helpline's was not in service

He give me work on my what'sapp number he send me mail before I start my work as for registration, telling me that there is 7 days target work, I complete my work in 7 days and submited....
