I want to bring under your notice that Jeeves came to visit instead of rectifying the issue he just spoiled the entire washing machine its not working its showing the PE error now and the sensors are completely spoiled also he charged 450rs for doing nothing when i asked he said to raise the request again as i only got the request installation which the blunder is done by flipkart. I am completely frustrated with the aftersales service from flipkart and Thomson. It's disgusting. attached is the screen shot.
Jeeves and Thomson are just robbing the money of the customer.

More then 35 days no solution from Jeeves & Flipkart & Thomson brand bad service totally /installation done on January 25/2022 from Jeeves technician but rat cover not closed the reason our washing machine fault coming… before other band no more fault up to 4 year installation done from service team
