Time Magazine Complaints & Reviews

I have been complaining for the past 1 year (or even more) about the erratic delivery of TIME magazine. I have to periodically mail "[protected]@intoday.com " and then they promise to improve the services - But it has not improved/sorted out, so far. Every time I get a mail reply that it is being looked into - but nothing improves.

I just called time's customer service and subscriptions number, the one they publish in the magazine, in order to ask a question. That got answered just fine, but then the rep asked if i wanted to go ahead and get the subscription deal i had been mailed — just do it over the phone. Again, great.

My complaint is that it wasn't after until i'd given my credit card number and the deal was done that i was told there was a fee...

When i go on the website provided, www.opiniontrack.com/time nothing every comes up to take a survey. I wasted quite a bit of time trying to get it to work, but to no avail. Is there a way to do it and get the $5 promised? Confirmation code is ndfmyt. Why do you mail a letter to me about getting $% when you share your opinion and then don't make it possible to do it. This not not improve my opinion of time magazine and its way of doing business...

My subscription number is 33737420. I subscribed to Time magazine's annual subscription on March 10th making full payment in advance. Time is a weekly magazine. So far I have received only 2 issues and more than 10 'sorry for inconvenience' emails. I have asked them to refund my money as I don't want to continue with their pathetic service. But I still got a 'sorry' email asking for address confirmation for the 10th time. How do I get them...

My subscription to TIMES magazine commenced from 24/01/2011 and my free gifts should have been delivered within 6-8 weeks from date of cemmnecement i.e. latest by around last week of March...

I had subscribed to the offer of the magazine by paying Rs 5184/- through HDFC Bank cheque dated 09 Apr 2010 and started getting books at my residential address, but till date the offer of 4 travel bags have not been sent. I had sent a e-mail complaint on 06 Sep but till date NO reply has been sent by the TIME group....
