HI I got a call from [protected], stating to pay Rs. 50 /- to get job calls from TOP MNC's. when I went to payment page & started making payment it was shown Rs. 50, but when I got OTP then the mount is RS. 5000/- & not not 50.
I called on same number to check then the number was switched off.
I realized it was a fake call & didn't enter OTP & stopped the transaction.
Kindly all of you be aware from such fraudulent calls.

I received call from timesjobs.com on 5th April 2014 representative, he told me about step ahead service resume highlighter for Rs. 500. Initially I was adamant to activate this service but I decided to take chance of Rs 500 so finally I activate this service on 10 March 2014. I made a payment through debit card and order no .1394999, . After some time one of their representative (name unknown) called me for verification purpose, he called me and said this call is for your verification of activated service. You need to follow the some procedure to generate customer ID and for verification. So he bring me again onto the stepahead service page and forced me to click on combo deal Magic zapper deal worth Rs. 2450 and forced me to do payment on saying that this is just a Demo purpose you need not to pay Rs. 2450, Not a single rupee will be deducted from your account this is my promise we are from timesjobs. He also explained why we do it, another person from account deprt also explained and convinced me to make payment but not your single money will be deducted this is just demo. So I believed on them and clicked on PROCEED TO PAY and made payment. After checking my account i found that amount is deducted from my account. I received email for activation of another combo deal service order no is 1394955. When I called one of them none of their person received call nor called back. This is total case of misleading to job seekers on the name of verification and generation of customer ID. I request you to please cancel my both the orders and i want my refund of money as soon as possible. All Customer executives representatives of timesjobs are cheaters. They cheat people just to achieve their targets. Pl take action against it Or I will take serious action against timesjobs. I want my MONEY BACK ASAP.

Hello to all I got a call from Times Jobs for profile highlighter the amount for rs.500. I took this service by paying online.Then he said that i will give you tomorrow one ID by which can know your service. He called me tomorrow and asked to follow the process of make payment and you will get ID and amount will not be deducted but three times they asked me to do same and more than 10k amount deducted from my account the after they disconnected the call. After some time again call for the service verifications.Then I complain regarding this, the person said that pls let me know or mail me all the payment orders detail i sent him all but nothing happened and system generated mail got that the complaint has been sent to respective department. Then third day once again i got the call that for refunding the amount you will have to pay rs500 and pls follow the same process of make payment and trust on me the amount will not be deducted but i totally ignored. One thing you will find that they will never make you feel that they are fraud. They do this in a very planned and systematic way. They have finance department, quality assurance department and many things likewise. So any one can feel that my matter will be resolved but this is not like that.

GRABBING MONEY , REQUEST FOR REFUND

Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that Times job called me on 08.01.2013 to register with them for senior accountant job, i registered and paid rs.1600/- on 08.01.2013 after sometime another executives called me and demanded to pay rs.3250/- and told me that this is the last payment and within a week i will be getting good response, but no response after 3 months again on 19.04.2013 one executive called me to deposit rs.2750/- for one month job search and placement service as such i paid rs.2750/- and after that daily one executive will call me to pay rs.1700+ for behavioural assessment, i presume that they are cheating me.

firstly they told me we will provide you job in mnc company but after registration charge. our registration charge is 1600 only.
this is one time and life time payment. i had paid already money to times job. but after this they told me pay one more registration charge 2750.

have paid 1600rs for times jobs Zapper India service for which I have not received a single useful call for my job opportunity which was promised as per the discussion Mr.Ravi ID-C11. But they were making call regularly for registration then I agreed & paid Rs.1600 through my Credit card . (online payment), they were helping through phone that how to make payment online. After making payment of Rs.1600 my call was transferred to another person & he was asking me for another payment of Rs.2150 for resume service That time I didn’t have money to pay but they said if you don’t pay than you will loose your earlier money paid. Instead I am receiving calls always to pay for updating CV, verification process etc.they made me confused becoz all these thing were done through telephonic conversation. I told them that I don’t have money to make further payment but they told if you not paid then you will loose your earlier money paid. They put me in a chain system. Whenever I was asking how many steps are there they said this is the last step. They said if you complete you all steps than you will get job opportunities within 72 hrs in your preferred location. If the process is not completed then you will loose your all money.

Sir, I was cheated & they were doing their business. From the beginning I was repeatedly asking that why you are asking for another payment, tell me what is the procedure, what steps are their but they never clear; they put me a chain system.
To save your earlier money paid you have to go ahead.i want the refund of my amount which i have paid.

I recieved a marketing call from times job from[protected] and his name is punith [protected].

They said that my resume is randomly selected and ask to buy 2 products from times job portal. 1.Resume zapak costing 1600rs 2.Mr international costing 4700rs I payed 1600 and 4700 rupees (total 6300)successfully and not received my unique ID or url they offer me after payment.They cheated me

but after that i called them,they ask me to buy another product is also added by them called "career report (5 year)" costing 6300 rs.They if I dont pay this then my money already payed will go waste and didn't get any service.they forced to pay

So I payed 6300rs(total 12600) to them and again not recieved any url or ID or job offer. Then again they added aask me to pay from my account another 3400. I refused and asked a refund of my cash,the refuse to give me refund and I lost my total 12600. Order details:

I am working in SBI Life Insurance Co Ltd at Patna and Yesterday is March closing and I had a different pressure but this call was from Times Job that’s why I had attend the call and I have go for online and try to complete my profile verification as caller said but I had not able to complete it due to some error or what I don’t know. Then he said, please give me your Times Job Id and Password, I will try for it, and he asking me some details regarding me. In duration of asking information he asked me for my account details, then I had asked, when it is only profile verification why need for account details, he said, it is only fill the mandatory column to filled , if you choose the code C12 then no fee is payable. As already I wrote yesterday is march closing day, in Pressure/by mistake I have given my account details, he took account details and tell me your profile verification is completed and close the phone.

After sometime, I have received four mails regarding order packages from Times group (All mails are attached) without my permission/not need for me, immediately I was checked my account I saw the three transaction for Rs.12925/- as below mentioned for three pack of Times Job Group as order no is 1- MR681795, 2- MR681795, 3-SP681796 without my permission.

Then I had called on that no , they receive the call and when I said everything about this , he said, it is happened by mistaken so I will check and refund it and close the phone. After that again I was calling 5 to 10 times but they did not receive the call. And After that when I am calling on that no, message is coming as this no does not exist..

I don’t want any packages from you.

So, Please immediate deactivate all three packeges and return my money asap otherwise I will lodge a FIR against you.

I am waiting for positive response from you.

I got a call from times job, offering interviews from companies like Mahindra on this May 20 to 25. And i was asked to pay an amount of 4500. Once i paid 4500, again i was asked to pay 1500. As they said the process will be completed only if you are paying these amount and you will not get a refund if you are stopping in between. So i paid around 7500 Rs like that. Next day a lady called and asked me to send my resume to the id "jigyasa.[protected]@gmail.com". I did the same but there was no any response after that. Again they called me today and asked for a payment of Rs 4500. When i said i'll pay it after getting at least one interview call, their respond was like u'll get interview calls only if you are paying this amount. But i refused to pay.

I am not interested in this service anymore. Will i get my money back?

Hi friends timesjob.com is very fraud and chitter sie. they take money from the job seekers for giving a good job with high package in 4,5 days, but they are chitter.they are playing with seekers emotion, infact i have also paid 4000 rs in mid of march2012, and they promise me that they give me a good job in april but their promise is totally false. their executive have a target to get money from students. but result is totally ZERO. Hi, I got a call from times job in that communication the person from the times job talked about offer of the job and requested to pay 3000 rs at nearest ICICI Bank .In that communication i asked about job placement and where will be the interview and placement area for that he answered i only ask u to pay money it self .surely i get u job.i asked that i come to ur office pay the money he is not willing that.Then the person call me next day the person called me i have not attend the call due to night shift at morning sleeping.That person called me another number and asking me u r cheating me.I plan and decided to get u job but u not paying amout.

With dur respect, It is submitted that I have made online payment of Rs. 4875.00 on 06.09.2011 vide SBI for updation and submission of my resume to various consultant, but no action has been taken for updating my resume up to till date, while it had been told by representative of times job group that services will be provided within 7 working days. After 2 months, that I had received a call from his representative and after that no action was taken. Neither my resume was updated nor my fund is refunded. Then I request you to refund my payment as I am not at all satisfied with his service. they asked me about my bank statement then I forwarded my bank statement to Vidhi Kulshreshtha of times group and [protected]@timesjob.com. But still no refund was given to me.

RZ592337 to inform you that there is an utter service failure and wrong offering/promises made from your side, your concern executive had called me last month from 20th to 28th December 2011, he told me that I will get service like you have special resume designers who will make my resume in best manner so that it is very attractive and was telling me you how important it is that your resume to look good attractive (all fancy stu[censored]) then we will send it to top consultants in India and gulf countries, you know it is important to do this…and that, we were planning to call you earlier but now it a very special offer to you so that you get selected in top companies. We are closing this offer soon so buy it and we will send someone to get the money and give you receipt on the basis of that we start working on your CV. They offer is only for Rs. 1840/-

The person comes to Sanpada Sector-16, Navi Mumbai and collects the amount Rs. 1840 and gives me the receipt. And after couple of days I get a confirmation mail stating my order number and thanks mail. Then on 21st January 2012, a person again from your Delhi Timesjob Delhi Branch calls me up and starts asking questions related to my experience that I have 2 years of experience but I Corrected him that it is only around 1.6 years, and told him that have you spoiled making my CV and I have not received any CV from your consultants and as promised. To my shock he informed me that I have not taken any service to make my CV but just service RZB where my CV is sent to top consultants in India and Gulf. I explained him everything and he told me that he would require to have my order no, as I was not having my order no. I told him to either call me on Sunday, 22nd Jan or Monday, 23rd, so that I can have my no. in hand.

Today, 22nd Jan, Mr. Avinash called me in the morning, saying that he would require some amount to verify my certificates for the company. I was very very shocked that your executive was again asking for money and I told him entire case which happened with me and I told him to listen the recording if you have any. He told me that verification and any details I have to come online. As I didn’t have my system in place I told him to call me around 3:30 pm and he did call me up around 4 pm, he confirmed me that yes that executive called me on 22nd told me that I will get CV writing done by your experts and floating of my CV to top consultants in India and gulf. Whereas the amount paid by me was just for floating the CV to top consultants. I told him clearly and tried to explain him again and again why have your people given me wrong promise and wrong commitments and now providing me another service. I personally gave all him all the examples to explain him the scenario and how bad the customer feels if something else has been told and given something else. But he kept repeating that it was executive’s fault as he was a trainee and he has already left due to this. And company and I are not responsible for this as it persons fault.

TELL ME WHO IS RESPONSIBLE...I THINK I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR TRUSTING YOUR BRAND!

I clearly explained him that dear it is the company who has given the promise, I see that person as the representative of the company, why not to blame company, as they have hired him. And don’t care what has company done to him. But company has given me wrong promises. Ultimately he was not ready to understand and told me that you have to accept what we have offered…and go to net do this and do this and that if you want to activate company calling you.

First of all I didn’t expect such as renowned company (BRAND NAME) like Time Job to fool me by telling that I will get this and they have given different service. I am really really shocked. It’s a complete failure from your side. As you have given me wrong promises and now expecting me to live with what service I am getting from you. Excuse me…. This is not the way to escape from what you have done telling me that it was executive fault not companies….i think you have bunch people who don’t understand customer and go against the words/promises.

Excuse me do you people think customer’s are fools…your executives are telling me to live with the service I get.

Sir and mam in such competitive world, I think you should not give wrong promises just to sell your service, fail to provide service and then tell customer to live with what they you have been given.

Your people have now actually insulted me, a customer…unintentionally telling to avail what is given. Sorry, I am not living in this world because of you. I actually felt bad that instead of giving me a solution to the promise failure, he is telling me to live with it.
You are giving wrong promises and then telling me that in the amount given by you, you can only avail this service!!! Hello…I am extremely disappointed by the behavior of your people, the way you treated me and not expected such a good brand to work in this manner.

Please don’t expect me to henceforth go forward with what mercy you have done on me…you have already taken my Rs. 1840…I am feeling bad that you have cheated me and your executives instead understanding me and taking action accordingly is telling me to go ahead what you get, when Mr. Avinash has actually confirmed me that yes he agrees, at 4 pm 22nd Jan 2012, that your executive in December has given me false promise and was wrong.

Please help me if you can to provide your valuable feedback as to why this all has happened?

I got a call from times job from thier senior marketing oficer some mr avinash who told me about thier job allocation plan . i invested in thier plan of costing rs 1350 order no RZ534566 .i did not get any response from thier group. on the name of registration completion they asked me to again check my oder status and then he said you have been selected for 12 mncs and we refund you a sum of ten thousand rupees in just 15 minute after generating another order id whos cost is rupees 3500 order id no MZ537121 .but later i come to know that they had cheated me in the name of job allocation and they are not going to refund any kind of money.now theyare not evevn attending my phone call . so sir please take some favourable action so that i can get my money back they are just fake company and cheating a lot of persons.

Dear Team,

I am cheated by Times job Employee. I have Resume Zip. Service from Times Job. My Order ID: MZ272893 on 12-Apr-2011. But I don’t get any Interview Call. As discus with Mr. Pushpan (Aditya) by phone (Ph. No. [protected] & [protected]). My resume zip service is not properly activated, so I will got the refund amount Rs. 1840 of Rs. 1898 within December 2011. And also offered me new Service of amount (Rs. 1300). I got the plan (Receipt No.: 170471) on 13th September. But when I discus about this problem with help of Live chat Service, Mrs. Ria reply me that my Resume Zip Service is properly activated and I can't able to refund the money. If Mrs. Ria is correct then why Mr. Pushpan (Aditya) offer me another service wroth Rs. 1300 and promise me that I will got the money within December 2011. So I am cheated with Times Job employee. So, please take action about it and reply me as soon as possible.

As per talk with one of executive of times job in the name of Mr. Sushil & Mr. Shrikant that about their career services.

As per telephonic talk they promise me that they are going to arrange the interview of suitable company as soon as payment has been credited, but when it happens they not tesponding to our phone calls.. As per promise they going to give suitable interview calls but instead of that sending only insurance job.

Its totally cheater..i suggest everybody to do not buy their products. i have recorded their telephonic conversation also.

it almost around 1 month. i didn't got a single call from any consultant.

They are playing with our feeling of those who really in need of jobs.

I’ve taken membership in Times Job on 11th November Saturday by paying Rs 1687 for magic resume, when an executive named “Kamrinder Singh” called in. He transferred to an interactive voice response machine where I paid the above sum via SBH credit card. He took my email address & promised me that I would get the payment confirmation to my email & also that a person would call in to improvise my resume. Neither I’ve got an email nor a call. On December 24th an email was sent to me asking me to send my resume to be improvised. I've recently received my improvised resume, but the times job failed to take minimum responsibility of calling me to assist further. I’ve never hope such a dishonest service & irresponsible attitude from an organisation like ‘TIMES JOB'. This shows they are only bothered about money, which no were far from money trafficking. Certainly an action should be on organisation's like this, so that other unemployed people like me wouldn't be cheated.

received a telemarketing call for magic service resume provided by times job by Mr nithin from number [protected] on[protected] he sold the magic resume package of times job Order No: MZ194301 , assuring that they will provide a professional resume and forward my resume to 1000 consultancies which will help me in getting a good job , however its more than a months now i have not received call from a single consultancy i have been cheated, after providing me the resume i have not got a single call from times job nor nithin has contacted me , they have misguided me and sold their services, i want my refund as i feel cheated, please help me in getting my refund back. I had received a call from[protected] addresssing himself to be a employee from Naukri. But able to understand later while browsing the no in google that its from TIMES JOB AND NOT FROM NAUKRI.
The person who even did not know to speak corrrect english was trying to put up accent and prolonge the conversation without excusing himself while i was in a meeting . And he asked me question like " Why did you upload my cv in there portel", while its a free portal for job seekers.

When i disconnected the call , he again called back to argue with me in his broken engish.I am totally irrated since this was so unpleasant and unprofessional from Times Jobs .

I seek an explanation for times job for the erratic behaviour of their employee.I tried a lot to reach that head office to get through to their customer heads no but there has been no trace of the same.

I was looking for job opening and some Ms Kanchan from Times job .com approached me and said pls pay rs3318/- and the receipt no is 38185 picked up the cheque from Kolkata.
After that various follow up but no response.They say ms Kanchan has left and now Shagun handled the matter but no response . We get call from times in general for ex Mr Deepak called up and started sellling times job again .As soon as I told I have alredy registered he cut down the phone.
Thi is a fraud company and making money in the name of new placement to the people seeking cahnge in job .
How would you take action against these people.
I want to put case on them and make them realise, it is hard earned money.
I want my fees back or let them help in gtting my work done.
