I, Satish Kumar Gupta, have a connection of LPG of Indane through Tirupathi Balaji. I booked the gas on 26th May 2015 (booking no - 900120), and around 1st or 2nd June, Cash memo was generated. But suddenly after 2 days, booking was cancelled on 4th June 2015 without any information on the reason. I called them up to understand the same, but they are not replying. I have booked the gas cylinder online on date 12/04/2015. Still date no status received. Today my wife have gone to distributor for enquiry, they said their is no any booking against your consumer no. and behave very rudely. I have Reference No.- R[protected] and shared with distributor executive, but they said that their is no any search number starting with Letter(R). Please help us...
