On behalf of the residents and flat owners welfare association when approached the manager Mr.Karthick [protected] to my surprise he started off very harsh and abusive in his tone. I backed a bit and said calm down am only requesting on behalf of the residents association here. He was like I don't care about anyone or any association we are a commercial establishment. Working for t&g he thinks he is a big shot and can shout at anyone being polite and come in normal clothing with a genuine request. @tonyandguy is this how you train your staffs. I am little worried about the service quality that we would get if we walk into that store. This request was kept since a father and son duo fell off from the bike due to this board kept on the road but the manager karthick is not ready to listen. A company known for its best customer service Tony and guy must get rid of such people asap.

The ramp of the building is already occupying 25 percent of the road. If you see in this picture the ramp of this building crosses the street lights very well.

On 07th June’23 went to Toni and Guy salon, Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad to do full hand and half leg waxing . The lady who was giving service was informed that my skin is sensitive and need to handle with care . But the result is she burned my skin ( attached is the pic n video ) . On 09th June I went to show my pain and Pealed off skin however the Manager, name Sirisha showed no empathy and tried to hush me off saying she needs to discuss with Area officer and today being 12th June no call or update . When called her she said I have written but no reply and she is still waiting for reply . I requested to share their email I’d she mentioned not allowed to be given. I need compensation for my pain I am going through

Worst service, not looking for CUSTOMER satisfaction only money minded just thinking that they are professional but not exactly they are not, wasted my 14000 in Ashok Nagar branch. Ruined my hair ###, I went for keratin and they did Botox mask and asked me to come back in 2 days for a hair cut and they cut all my hair which I grown for so long, the. What is the use of doing the keratin or Botox, or else they might have suggested, first can...

I went to toni and guy one the of the branch at chennai avadi. They spoiled my hair cut too short. The hair cut person doesn't know how to cut bangs tried on my hair and spoiled my look. Seriously very disappointed. I will never visit toni and guy again. This was my first time trying out toni and guy. Never expected this. And please take action against the toni and guy which is in first floor to priyadharshini mobile phone shop opposite to ponnu super market.

I visited this place last Friday and the reception was welcoming. I wanted to get a haircut and beard trim done and so I didn’t ask for the price as I anyways wanted to get it done. The stylist was introduced and that’s when things took a turn. I was taken into a shady room which pretty much looked like a massage room but dirty. He had an overall experience of less than 2 years, did not know English or Tamil and it was just his third day in the branch.. He only knew Hindi and I’m poor at it. Anyways, the haircut turned out really bad ending up looking “bald” in a spot near forehead. I’ve been shaving for 20+ years now and this was the worst as it was literally like plucking each hair one by one. He wasn’t even comfortable holding the blade for Christ sake. I ended up paying Rs. 750 for this out of the world experience. A roadside salon will do better, I promise. To conclude, this is neither elite nor a parlour but for sure a complete disgrace to the Franchise!!

I did keratin treatment on Jan2 at toni and guy perungalathur branch...i was assured that the hair texture will remain for 25 washes but i did my first hair wash on jan11 and its completely gone ...my hair was back to normal how frizzy and curly it was before .. i did complaint th3 branch on the same day with the pictures and videos of the hair ...but poor response from them...i did visit personally they said need to discuss with the trainer...

Went for root touch up to one of your outlet in nellore which is in MGB Felicity Mall. The guy did not clean my hair before getting the touch up done. Then once it is done. He just cleaned it with shampoo and got the blow dry done.

I thought as you guys are professionals I did not questioned your treatment. My hair started to fall out the next instant and did not stopped till now.

I went the next day saying my root touchup did not covered my gray hair as it is not cleaned properly before getting the color in. I asked what are the products they used on my hair as I need to go to doctor and explain her what exactly went wrong for my further treatment. One of the lady said they threw the product out and I asked how can she say that as I have seen the tube they have used, it was not nearly empty. Then I asked what can be done to stop the hair falling from my scalp. She said she has no idea, not sure she is an employee there cause I was not able to see any ID on her.

So I asked her what is the next step, she started arguing that my hair was damaged already which is not true as the guy treated my hair clearly told that my hair fall which was present prior treatment was normal.

Now their boss came and trust me when I am saying this, I have not seen any guy who is as rude as he is. And he was yelling at me like anything. He said and I quote "Get the hell out of my shop" when I matched his tone. I had not lost my cool till then. I asked the people properly what went wrong because I wanted to explain it to my doc. I asked him why he was yelling he said he talks like that only and it is his behavior he can't change his rude tone just because you guys screwed my hair and now I have no proper hair on my scalp.

I have been to toni and guy multiple times. This is the worst experience I ever had in my life and I am not gonna refer your salon in my life

I did keratin treatment for the first time in tony & guy which is in chromepet, chennai. I was quite happy about the outcome after the whole process but i got very dissapointed after seeing the dryness and the frizz that i had before, coming back after just one hair wash. I had never done anything like that to my hair before, that was the first time. I was also told that keratin treatment lasts for 6 months and for my hair type, its for 4 months but it didnt even last for a week which is really dissapointing. My hair is dry and frizzy now just like how it was before. No difference! I have paid 7000 rupees for the treatment which isnt worthy at all. I am very very dissapinted and i want a refund for it!

I recently visited Tony and Guy in Anna nagar. asking for a bridal makeover for my sister. They had asked me to give 5000 as advance to book the date . ( Money given on 3 rdof June) .function is on 13 of June. they called us for trial make up on 9 the June. we went there and post trial make up we don't like it personally and so we had to cancel for the function. when asked for the advance back they told 4000 is the charge for trial make up ( were as it was told earlier trial is 1500 ) .when we enquired other stores they still told 1500 rs only . We accepted that and they returned 1000 today. We asked for bill but they dint give any . finally they wrote a hand written bill ( disclosed). this bill was suppose to be for the supplier.

I was a regular premium customer since past two years at Toni and Guy beauty parlor at Anna nagar, madurai. On 26.01.2017 I booked an appointment at 2 pm for hair cut and reached at 2.15 pm. The receptionist Mr.Guru was a new person to that branch, whom I have never seen before. He stated that the stylish was free but can't give me the service as I was 15 min late and next client has an appointment at 3 pm. I said it's not a big delay due to rain outside and I am a regular customer who is giving services for more than 5k per month, and an haircut will take hardly 30 min where there is ample of time. And I also said that i was made to wait for more than one hour on my last visit, when I came 20 min early. But he refused to allow me as if it's not an service industry. I left the place feeling bad, for what the he'll should we be treated like this, for giving them a business more than 30k per year? This is the way all these mnc corporates treating us, making us waste our time and sucking money and giving no respect also. I strongly suggest that we should stop the mnc services too from India and support the local services.

It was 2 weeks back on 20-nov-2016 in toni and guy that is present in forum mall chennai we went for a haircut and the bill amount was only 4000 however 20, 000 was swiped from my card and they mentioned it was by mistake.

After that when we called the store the store re-directed us to some contact and then another contact number and finally when we spoke to the some sort of head for toni and guy chennai and he promised we...
