We bought a new power weeder approx 4 months ago in 1 year warranty
power weeder's disc crashed 10 days ago
Tool4Industry's company man don't accept call we have been calling for 8-9 days for send new power weeder's disc he doesn't accept my call.

please help me sir/mam 🙏

I placed order for a brush cutter and tiller through their online portal. But, they sent me a different brand product than the brand I ordered. The instruction manual belongs to differnt brand and useless. Spare parts were missing. Packaging was poor. Some part was damaged. In their website, they say return is acceptable within 7 days after delivery. But the order (62190) status is deliberately shown as Processing so that I can't initiate return process through online. When I asked for initiating return through Whatsapp and email, customer service stopped responding to my messages. Please stay away from this company. The authorities should take appropriate action soon against this fraud company so that others doesn't get cheated.

I ordered a brush cutter on September and received a local brand and totally different accessories from what I have ordered. So when I called them for the first time they responded and said it's their fault and they'll replace the product. So I returned back the product I received. It's November now till now I have got no response about the replacement. No response for calls and emails. Amount of 11k is in their hands. The local police and the consumer court must take suo moto action against them.

I had placed online order on 5th July 2023 for SCEPTRE 68V Lithium Ion Cordless Pressure Washer SP-HP1188 but order is not shipped and number [protected] on which i contacted before purchasing product for confirmation is not responding now. Also there is no reply over mails, test messages and whatsapp messages. Need to take strict action against this company as many other consumers are facing similar issue. Also need help with refund from company ASAP. Attaching invoice to confirm purchase.

Ordered a Neptune brush cutter with tiller (order no: 43863).
Received some random brand brush cutter, damaged tiller.
Customer service does not respond to calls or mails.
Total fraudsters, lost hard earned money to some scamsters.

Machine ke demo me jo Saw blade saath me dekhaya tha woh blade unlogo ne saath me veja hi nahin.or box bhi seal pack nahin tha.phone Karu toh received nahin karte.Baad me WhatsApp PE msg kiya or bola agar machine mein blade nehin veja toh baad me vej denge or Aaj mujhe blade deliver hua (02/01/2023) fitting karke dekha to pata chala machine bhi defective hai.or unlogo ne saw blade ke badle aluminium cutting blade vej diya.phone kar raha hoon lekin koi response nahi mila.Mujhe replacement chahiye woh bhi complete sealpack wala.

Problem occure from 2nd day
1) plastic body melted down near silencer. once talk with tools 4 industry, then they verify few oil related things and those were correct.

2) after 4 day, one of its internal part broken down(piston of head)

Now Tools4Industry totally stop to talk or cooperate . its something like we have sold the product and we got our money now forget everything .

It was the first machine that I have purchased online and this will be the last one to purchase any machine online .

I have ordered 50 cc agriculture Power Tiller but company has been send only Tiller attachment and tailor attachment defective

मैंने toolzindustry से ब्रश कटर खरीदा।

1) रॉड हौंडा का दिखाकर नकली दिया। जो कुछ ही उपयोग के बाद बिगड़ गया। अब उसमें बहुत वाइब्रेशन आता है।

2) हैंडल भी नकली है।

3) सेफ्टी गार्ड (ब्लेड कवर) भी वेबसाइट में दिखाया पर दिया नहीं।

4) सारी ब्लेड, नायलॉन कटर सब नकली दिया।

5) टूलकिट में एक wrench और एक L end key नहीं है।

कोई फरियाद नहीं सुनते।

एक बार चीज बेचने के बाद कोई मैसेज का जवाब नहीं देते।

मेरा कोई मेसेज पढ़ते भी नहीं।
