The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Money is not returned

Hi,
I bought a flat from Trishul Builders in 2008 paying 2 Lakh as booking amount and rest of the money I was paying installments Rs.10000 per month. Builder couldn't build the building and he didn't return my money ,I gave them application for cancellation in 2011. Total money I paid is 3.9 Lakh. How shoulId get my money back.
Please help.

I am Ashish Soni . Book 1 RK Flat with Trishul Builder in January 2009 ( Shaline Lake View ) . That time Rs. 50000/- Advance given to Builder. & than after start Installment of Rs.5000/- monthly. that time Builder commit that possisstion with in 18 month. but Till Date no any work will start by Builder & all other Project of Builder are stop by Goverment . In April 2011 i Submit Application of Cancellation...
